Very dissatisfied with service of staff and reception desk. Visited office last year and was rushed through appointment barely had any time with Optometrists. Needed a temporary supply of contacts until I could schedule a follow up appointment (mind you it is when they have time, not when you have time.) They refused to listen to my concern about being out of contacts and not being able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Attempted to make another appointment this week and had the perception the scheduling assistant could care less about booking my appointment. Leaving for good and not coming back.

Good selection of nice glasses, but it takes way too long to see a doctor. Booked an appointment several days in advance and ended up waiting in the lobby for close to an hour after my appointment was scheduled waiting for a doctor. If you are trying to save yourself time and annoyance, consider going elsewhere.

I have gone to Eye Consultants for several years. Their office is very nice and the staff is courteous and friendly. Appointments are always convenient and on time.
