Giving one star to emphasize just how frustrated I am right now. I think poor rules of engagement with customers can reduce a rating to a single star and I will provide an example of poor customer service this office provided. My daughter was in the office late January and was diagnosed with the Flu. She was given a note for school to excuse her for three days. The note got destroyed before she went back to school. On a follow up visit a few weeks late in Feb I asked for the note to be reissued. The assistant working the front end told me "I can only write the reissue note for 1 day". She explained "I have to go by the notes in the computer". I explained that the Nurse Practitioner who saw my daughter should be able to clear this up if she would go talk to him. She refused. I was calm and said, "cant you at least give him a chance to explain.. She had the flu! The original note was written for three days to be excused". I even calmly explained to her that I understood this was not her fault just horrible guidelines and offered her a chance to go talk with Nurse and at least try. She said "It wont change anything" and refused to do it. Will add to this critique that in general the staff could do much better in terms of bedside manner. I dont know if they are all just underpaid and hate their jobs or if its poor training but in general the only person Ive seen that has any communication skills would be my daughters doctor April Rowe. Unfortunately theres usually a several week wait to get in to see an actual doctor. Like every office appears to over staffs with Nurse Practitioners, keep no room in the doctors schedules for walk ins. Isnt it funny how you can go to the mall and get your hair cut at Toni & Gui or Visible Changes and you are actually billed for the service based on the years experience of the stylist you choose, yet in the medical field you and your insurance company pay hundreds of dollars regardless if you see a MD with 12+ years of college+ internship making $200k plus a year vs a Nurse Practitioner who has only about 5 years of school, makes on average $70k a year and is not trained to diagnose the same way. The medical system in this country needs to be destroyed and rebuilt.

Giving them one star; Mainly i walked in and got an appointment within minutes. Though the ladies at the front had a brief conversation how the doctor/nurse wasnt taking anymore patients, the other one said the note on the computer stated they were. Got my toe looked at, and was sent to get an xray, One Step Diagnostic stated it will be at least 24 hours before they can send the xray over. I then had to call back after 24 hours to see if they had read the xray, lady on the phone stated they hadnt but i can leave a voicemail for the nurse to call me back. I let them know that i couldnt move my toe and it had been swollen and red since i my initial visit, though still didnt seem to help and get them moving on it. Dont know if they care for the patients or not.. but one star for poor customer service. Toe still swollen and red.

They need better process management. It took 4 separate phone calls with the admins to get MRI orders confirmed, not including the 3 with the MRI place. The first two conversations revealed they didnt even send the orders and the final conversation involving them sending the WRONG orders. What would have happened if I wasnt following up? To top it all off, they scheduled an appointment with me to go over the results but they didnt add it to their appointment roster so I get to take more time off work to come back yet again. Normally I would understand that I might have gotten appointment time wrong, but given the MRI orders fun, I verbally verified date and time of the appointment twice and they still got it wrong.

I just wanted to comment on the amazing job that Dr. Rambarran and her staff did to help my husband. He has been seeing her and a neurologist for epilepsy. His Neurologist prescribed a new medication that required a prior authorization and after a week and a half of his neurologist office doing absolutely nothing I called the affiliates hoping she could help me with his medication. Not only did she help me her nurse Alyssa went above duty to help push this authorization and within that same day I was able to get the medication he needed. Thank you so much I am forever grateful for the fast response

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was given several appointment options. Shortly after, I was transferred to Jennifer. I asked for the 3:30 appointment. She stated she cannot schedule me for that time, because that leaves a gap in time, and the doctor cannot have a gap in seeing patients. This is a great example as to why business owners should not only be involved, but empower and coach their teams on how to look at the big picture.

Ive been pleased with the care Ive received from Dr Seay and her staff in the Spring location. Im greeted like family from the minute I walk through the door. I find Dr Seay very down to Earth, very easy to talk to. Her bedside manner is pleasant, yet knowledgeable. I would happily refer others to her!

We love having Affiliates doctors as our family doctors. Ive recommended to my friends and now they made Dr. Rowe their family doctor.
