There STUFF was very rude to me when she got in phone very sarcastic i gave my number and she told me to repeat it over and i did before i was going say my number she had told me you just went fast because you did it on purpose talking to me every rude do i TOLD her give me someone else that know what she doing so ge was screaming at me say she the only person there so she lie to me because someone else came on the phone she was rude also so i said who is this her friend and she said what did you need i TOLD her i Dont know yall the one tell me stuff so i Dont know what she doing so she hangs up on me then i called 3 more time and she keep hanging up i called 4 time then someone answered which is the billing lady she asked can I help you I said yes i need to make a report she said a report for what i have everything you said you dont need to make anything very rude and threatening me say IM going to call your medication tell them we cant see you no more so she hung up on me i called back and then she said you Dont got no life calling up here so i called her a B i already reported her

I have to say dr. Mayor is one of the best doctors Ive ever had he is amazing he always takes his time to listen to everything we have to say .The staff is amazing especially the little girl in the front window her name is Brenda she is amazing she always helps us in every way that we can to see the doctor even when we dont have appointments. When we received our bill and didnt understand it we spoke to the building girl there she has curly hair she was nice and explained everything very thoroughly. Overall we love this facility their staff is kind and the doctors too!!!!! Highly recommend them

Las recepcionistas son poco eficientes llamas para hacer cita y vas ala clínica y siempre te dicen que no apareces en el sistema y cuando llamas te dejan 5 minutos o mas para hacer una cita lastima porque el doctor es muy bueno debería cambiar de personal

The nurse was very unsure of herself and awkward in how she checked my vitals. But she wasnt bad at all, I think she said she was a student? I get it yu cant have everything be amazing and expect not to pay duble if not more to pay for the best trained and most charismatic. Dr. Jesus was great though. He really seemed to care and asked me several questions. I only needed a cheap place to get antibiotics for my sinus infection, but I am going to go back and get a yearly exam with blood work etc because he took the time to go over my overall healthcare needs.

My mother had a brain aneurysm with 2 mini strokes found Dr.Mayor as her pcp he is pretty good BUT HIS STAFF very unprofessional, and thats coming from someone that is in medical field and worked longer than most of his staff!The manager is very rude, she doesnt do her job, we are waiting for AFO for a month already she asks me today whats AFO? She hasent even started working on it! HORRIBLE! NEVER AM I TAKING MY MOTHER IN LAW BACK!

Dr Mayor is a great doctor but his staff makes you, want to run away. Super Super Rude, will not fax you or email nothing, can not even get an appointment. And when you do get it, they tell you his no longer seeing pts. Front girl said, if your really dying he can see you, like who says that to pts. So wrong!!!! Disappointment

The new doctor they have their helping mayor sucks trying charge me for a breathing mask for my son but Medicaid cover that he stupid my daughter had a ear infection he gave me eye drops. I return today to see Jesus I cant believe he was rude so I decide to move my kids to other best doctor

Dr jesus mayor is a wonderful person the nurses are okay some of them. The only thing bad about that is that when you have an appointment you still have to wait like 2 hours. They need to hire more drs.
