I am currently a manager at Texas Children Hospital and I have one of Dr. Rajput former employee working for me. I have to say now that I have had the privilege to work with her for some time. We have shared ideas, interests as well as relations with former employers. She always says that she does regret leaving Houston Pediatric Center, but she was tired of having to deal with the Lead MA and having to train others and was never shown any appreciation. In addition she could not understand how such unprofessional non certified lazy people were allowed to be the management for the office. She always stated that Dr. Rajput was an excellent doctor when she worked there in 2014 but she just would have wished that he would have noticed her hard work as well as how unprofessional the other co workers were. I Sasha decided to check out Dr. Rajputs clinic and noticed that everything she had told me was true. The MAs spoke in a derogatory way, they had no manners, they were extremely rude and highly unprofessional. This is for you Dr. Rajput... Would you accept one of your former employees for rehire? Its a pity that you were not able to know the whole story of what happened because i can easily tell you now that she did not leave from one day to another with out notice. You should ask your lead MA the actual reason she was notified by this former employee.

He is not very kid friendly every moment was dual with him and my 2 kids, he is lazy the only doctor I know still write out prescriptions and never do follow up visits just gives your kid antibiotics and sends you about your way. He does not take parent advice very well....my son had been going back n forth to the doctor for sore throats but he would not recommend him a specialist after I asked continuously so that was my kids last doctor visit with him....i only tried to keep my kids there because of the short wait and never many patients ahead of us but i rather wait 30 mins or longer at a good doctors office. He does have a good staff behind him but he is a sucky pediatrician but to put the icing on the cake it was very weird to me that he didnt know how to fill out a transfer of records form I had to ask the ladies at the front desk because he told me what he thought was right smh...Very unprofessional!!!! I would not recommend him to anyone....

He is a great doctor. He listens and never makes you feel like your crazy for over thinking anything. He answers every question you have. His staff is super sweet. His office is always clean, i love that they always have a movie on for the kids. Not too much of a waiting period but thats because he takes his time with his patients beforw moving on to the next patient. Great doctor. Highly recommended.

I called in to establish service and the young lady taking my information was so rude, She was having a inappropriate conversation with another co-worker I was constantly repeating myself so annoying I thanked her and hung up. really is a shame since this doctor has such high reviews. Business owners have to monitor their employees due to the fact that your employees are the face of the company.

Dr. Rajput is a wonderful Dr. hes been seeing my 6 yr old daughter since she was a newborn and now my 2 yr old son. They love him! He never rushes you from the office and takes his time. And hes always very assertive with his diagnosis. I just love him overall. Ive moved 30 min away and I still go to him!

Awesome bedside manner!! takes time with each patient and follows up by phone call. The staff is very rude, Ive had various incidents where paperwork is not being sent to insurance. Finally had to change doctors.
