Im a new patient. I called yesterday to see if I can reschedule my appt to a later time, but no live person answered the phone...The calls kept going to the voice mail after voice mail and referred to website. Today I showed up for my appt 15 min early, but Dr Jensen was no show even the front desk wasnt sure if hes gonna show up coz they got the same crap when calling him, NO ANSWER. When I filled the paperwork one of the papers he wanted me to sign was that hell charge $25 if I was no show. I didnt sign that paper and I wrote down what if you didnt show up? You should pay me $25 for my time and my gas to get there. The girls on the front desk told me that someone will call me back to reschedule... I said dont bother!!!! What kind of doctor is that when you know the office is open and you have patients waiting and you dont even bother to call to let them know whether you are coming or not, unless you are dead not alive... My time is as valuable as yours. I could use better of my time for other things. Dont be so selfish just thinking about yourself!!!
