Dr Patel is great however her staff sucks... Teneth health care sucks. I made an appointment last Thursday for Tuesday October 11 2016 and sat in the waiting room for 30 min before getting called up to the front saying they dont take Humana anymore. what the heck seriously you had 4 business days to call, text, email and let me no you dont take my insurance anymore. take it off. Why would you not take it of your web site so people cant make appointments.. A waste of my time. Ive been seeing Dr Patel for my High Blood Pressure. This Visit was for Blood Pressure and because I am sick with sore throat. needless to say Ive been sick for 5 days with a sore throat probably strep running a fever and not one person there gave a crap that I sat there and wasted my time shivering and a fever. If Dr Patel ever leaves I will go see her someplace else. Very Disappointed Teresa C.

Dr. Patel is the absolute best! One of the most thorough doctors I have ever had. She takes the time to actually listen to all of your concerns and doesnt make you feel like you are in a race for time. Dr. Patel doesnt just go over your test results she shows you your information on her laptop while she goes over your results, Ive never had any doctor to do that before., fantastic. Her staff is friendly and very helpful. I have recommended her to some of my co-workers.
