If I could give this office NO STARS I would. This office is a joke. The staff is VERY RUDE and act like they hate their job. I had a bad experience since I walked into this office. Me and my husband went for a physical and the receptionist was just completely rude, tone of voice, body language an everything! My physical was fine, I guess. Alot of things were out dated but my nurse did seem knowledgeable. Now for my husband all they did was an EKG and pressed on his abdomen and that was it. He did not have a complete physical, which I was not aware of until after we left. When I called back the nurse she had was already gone and I never heard back from Dr. Fredrick Hill as I requested. The nurse called and stated that they did not complete the full physical an he can come back in to get it done. Another incident just happened this morning, I called on Thursday asking if they could print the invoices for both appt the receptionist told me that it would be available for pick up in the office. I asked her if they could already be printed because we would be stopping by on the way to work Monday. My husband got there the receptionist told him she was on the phone and he needed to have a seat and closed the window he sat there for atleast 5-7min so I called and who ever answered stated that it only takes a min to print my husband sat there still waiting I called back and with an attitude she told me he would have to wait until she had a minute to print it I told her I already called ahead of time so this wouldnt happen and she she went on and on about how short staffed they were and if we needed our records he needed to wait. I asked to talk to Dr.Hill and she stated he was in an appt and put me on hold. I was hung up on and when I called back she stated I must of hung up. My husband had to end up leaving because he was late for work and when I asked to speak to Dr Hill she than told me he does not talk to patients! Just rude completely rude. I had a bad experience since the time I walked into this office. This type of treatment needs to be aware of. DR. Hill please if you can contact me. I would definitely like to speak with you!

Ive had good and bad experiences here. Overall the Doctors have always been great and diligent with their diagnosis. The bad experiences I have had are dealing with staff, particularly the billing department. They coded my visits wrong, then billed me for the visits that they coded incorrectly. Then rather than work with me and my health insurance company to fix it, they send it to collections. And this was only 2 months after the visit actually happened. I had to pay out of pocket to the credit company to avoid losing points. Then it took me 6 months working with the health insurance company to get it corrected. The billing staff REFUSED to get with me on a call with the health insurance company to expedite this process. Finally, after I got Dr Hills billing department to resubmit both visits they coded wrong my insurance cut them a check. Then the Dr. Hills billing staff finally sent me a check to reimburse me for my out of pocket expense to the credit collection company. I wish I could rate them higher because I do love the Doctors but from reading other comments it seems their billing department has a history of messing up others peoples billing codes as well so it wasnt just me. Ive always believed you judge a business not by how they do good but by how they fix their mistakes.

First off you need to prepare for a long wait in the waiting room and then when they put you in a room to be seen. Dr. Hill is nice, but he is only there about 2 days out of the week so you have to see the 2 other female dr.s he has there. I would not recommend coming here. Every time i come i am always coded with something different then what i was seen for and getting billed. Any time i go somewhere else i never get billed but here they like to squeeze money out of you any way they can If you are not in PERFECT health you will get billed. Plus the office staff is rude for the most part and the manager which is Dr. Hills wife is never there!! I have to wait weeks before she gets back to me on trying to fix whatever problem i have with their billing/coding and it never gets resolved. Thank goodness i have a new health care provider and can go in network with them so i dont have to come here anymore! THey can keep on sending me bills, but wont get a dime out of me.

I have been patient for 20 years and have always loved Dr. Hill. I am now taking my mother in law and have had no problems. He is thorough and was jovial with her and put her at ease. This Dr doesnt discriminate the elderly. I have seen many elderly patients come in for appointments and they were treated well and with dignity and kindness. Great doctor!!

This medical service discriminates against the elderly. I had an appointment to have a physical exam. I was a new patient, with UHC insurance and Medicare Plan A. Since I had Medicare they would not accept me as a new patient. I even tried to pay for the exam and were refused service. There ought to be a law.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Hills office and it was an awesome experience. My appointment was with one of his PAs, Kati I believe. She was thorough, attentive, and quick. I felt that she was willing to do right by my body, as well as my opinions on treatments. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hill for over 15 years and trust him more than any other physician I have dealt with. He has a great bedside manner, has great instincts and a wonderful staff. Dr. Hill has gotten me through a number bouts of illness with his common sense knowledge of medicine.

Been a long time patient. Doctor Hill, PAs & Staff are WONDERFUL. Very diligent with diagnosing and treatment. Would never see anyone else without seeing them first. I truly appreciate the care I receive from them!

The staff is rude.they called me a liar.they out in all are lazy.my mom had to change drs and got him. Just horrible the way the office manager and other office help acted. Dont recommend them at all.stay away

Dr. Hill and his 2 PAs are the best. They never rush an appointment and Ive never waited longer than 15 minutes to see one of them! Awesome practice!
