These people are shady and will stop at nothing to violate court orders. I requested to get copies of my sons medical records and these people blatantly refused to do so, made me (primary, custodial parent of my child) fill out some form so they "submit to corporate" before they even considered giving me what both, a copy of my childs birth certificate and a copy of my divorce decree, states that is my right to obtain. When I finally receive the call back from them, which by that time all my calls were completely ignored, I drive over there to get them, found a significant "typo" on my sons last visit paperwork, it said that my son, not even 3 years old was sexually active (really?!) and refused to give it back to me until, once again, it gets some approval from corporate. Their staff is undoubtedly the rudest people in the healthcare industry that Ive ever had the misfortune to meet, the "gentleman" that was there yesterday was extremely rude and violated my rights to have access to my sons medical records and I think its unbelievable how these so called medical professionals are willing to stop at nothing to cover their behinds for an apparent "oversight". I will never trust my sons care with these people, they obviously have no clue of what theyre doing, they are corrupt and will stop at nothing to make your life a living h-e (double hockey sticks)... If anyone is thinking of going in there, please, go elsewhere. I honestly doubt the capacity of the "health professionals" that work in this place and again, do not trust any of the individuals that work there with my sons care. Granted, its a new facility, but these people need to be trained in how to deal with real people. Its absurd that they will refuse to give me, the mother of my child and whose name is in the insurance card that was used to pay for my sons visits, something as simple as his medical records. Its not rocket science, its common sense. If they were so competent and had nothing to hide, none of this shouldve happened in the first place.

I went in this afternoon with my sister who was having trouble breathing due to his asthma issues. We were immediately taken to a room by Sean who was very nice and assisted us the entire time. However, Dr. Tania Shinohara was a disaster. She seemed to be irritated with us coming in and had a different attitude towards us compared to the patients she was laughing with in the room next to us. When she first walked in she asked us what we were here for and when we told her she said "Well if you have already taken 3 breathing treatments today I dont know what else we can do for you." SOOOOOOOOO the doctor doesnt know what she can do for us? Thats Great. My sister went on to tell Dr. Shinohara what the Dr. that she usually sees at this location (Dr. Suliaman) does for her when she comes in, and Dr. Shinohara agreed. After a steroid shot Dr. Shinohara ordered a breathing treatment which Sean brought in. After a few minutes of my sister being on the breathing machine Sean came running in and turned off the machine saying that they had gave us the wrong treatment that had peanut oil in it which my sister is allergic too. THANK GOD SEAN NOTICED. If it wasnt for him my sister would have had a full blown asthma attack. After getting the right treatment Dr.Shinohara came back and asked my sister how she was doing and I responded "better, now that she is getting the right treatment, the first one you ordered had peanut in it which she is allergic too". The doctor did not respond. She did not apologize. She ignored and disregarded my comment and said "Lets get you another breathing treatment". Of course she needs another treatment, the first one almost killed her. After 2 treatments my sister was feeling a lot better, thankfully. She will continue to come to this urgent care because she likes Dr. Suliaman, but Dr. Shinohara is a big problem and her performance needs to be evaluated. Another big THANK YOU to Sean!

Worst customer service ever!! . With so many urgent care around I would advise going down the street. I came here because I was told that by another urgent care and on there website that they were in network. My husband had a horrible abscess in this mouth. The receptionist at the front refused to take him saying that since its in his mouth they would not take our insurance because they consider it a dental issue. I continued to try and express my concern about the infection and she kept cutting me off. She did say she would treat my husband if I paid cash upfront for $400.00 since he probably needed medical attention. I finally just left due to her rudeness. I went down the street to another urgent care and there customer service was fantastic they helped my husband right away and took our insurance. The Dr. said we werent right seeking medical care due to the how bad is abscess had gotten and the attack on the nerves it was starting to do. Go see Dr Ds down the street they care about every individual and concern about the health care service they provide .

The care was OK for my 12 year old... No serious injury etc! The problem was the deception in billing. They are a preferred provider on our Insurance and it should have been a flat fee that we paid on the date of service. The problem was that we received bills a month later dated 12/9/2014 for an additional $115 that they claim was still due after the Insurance was processed. I very nearly sent a check but called my Insurance to find that we did not owe anything additional. When I phoned Nextcare, they claimed that they processed a credit for the $115 on 12/12/2014 and to ignore the bill. When I asked Debbie at Ext 2268, if I had paid it if I would have received a refund and she laughed and said refunds are not automatic. I have to suspect that most people would pay this and I am sure they calculate it out the same way. This is dishonest.

The only reason that I am not giving one star is because the AM front desk clerk and the nurse/aide were polite and helpful. This is one of the few places my insurance will approve for out of town emergency authorization. The doctor didnt really have a good bedside manner, was dismissive and there was a miscommunication. I tried to call back to speak with someone, received someone on the line in a call center who spoke broken English and was rude. I ended up driving back to the urgent care. The PM front desk operator/clerk was not helpful and also dismissive. I just wanted to have my concern resolved professionally and politely. That did not happen. I was really disappointed with my experience. If you have an opportunity to go elsewhere, please consider doing so. I will be so glad to see my PCP in a couple of days.

If youre looking for a FAST & FRIENDLY urgent care, GO HERE!! I took my 3 children in today, the staff & Dr all made the visit quick and painless (well, as quick and painless as a doctor visit with 3 sick small children could be:). I had ZERO wait time! I checked in online, when I arrived the front desk was (refreshingly) very friendly and helpful! There is a great little childrens area in the waiting room that kept the kids busy while I was filling out paperwork as well as a tv in the exam room that passed the time while labs were being done. AWESOME STAFF (Skye & Krystal), AWESOME DOCTOR (Dr. Sarmyento)! *Side note: The Doctor is an Army Vet...which doesnt really have anything to do with this review BUT Thank You For Your Service Dr. Sarmyento!:)
