I have no complaints about Dr. Shatby. I have an issue with Alex at check out. Shes rude and obviously hasnt got a clue on how to do her job. I had an issue where they said I havent paid my deductible yet. I have been with my insurance company for 8 years and I knew I didnt have a deductible for the services. She argued with me over it and then called Allison. When she got on the phone with Allison, she lied to her to try to cover her butt by saying that I said I was refusing to pay. I really quick told her DO NOT PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH. I NEVER SAID THAT. I said I know I do not have a deductible. Allison came to the desk and informed me that she "personally" contacted my insurance company a few days ago and they informed her that I do have a deductible. I left the office and contacted my insurance company and low and behold... I DONT HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE FOR X-RAYS. They charged me money for all visits which I was told every time I went I had a deductible. When I got off the phone with my insurance company, which I was told by my insurance company that unless you speak directly to an agent, it will say I have a deductible, magically Allison calls me back and said she spoke with someone from my insurance company and I was correct. They owe me money now which I am supposed to be refunded. If I were anyone who uses this office, I would verify your own insurance before going there. Theyll try to screw you out of money. Like I said, Dr. Shatby was wonderful. Very attentive, very understanding, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Alex and Allison are idiots that dont know how to do their jobs.

Do not... I repeat DO NOT go to this office. I was in major car wreck and had a 3:15 appointment to be xrayed and checked after being released from hospital. I arrived early at 2:55pm. It took 10 mins to be received by the receptionist. I filled out 15 pages of paperwork and provided all my information. I was told to wait to be called. After an hour and 20 mins of waiting..... I noticed a Dr was leaving to go home. I asked the receptionist how much longer and at this time informed me that the dr had just left. I spent over an hour listening to the staff giggle and joke behind the glass. The staff is very unprofessional and now I search to be seen by another dr at 415 in the afternoon. My husband had a similar experience at the woodlands office, he was left in an exam room waiting for a Dr that never showed. That will be another review. Update: the Dr I was suppose to be seen by called me personally to apologize for his incompetent staff. He stated the issue would be addressed. I am very impressed that the dr called on his way home and gave me time to vent. He was very apologetic to the entire situation and Im sorry that theyve lost our business over this.

Although my review will not bear any changes from the organization I will persist. The pace is quite frenetic and the front line staff is very short and unwelcoming with patients. Everything is rushed as they are working to maximize as many folk as possible to see a physician in a day to increase profit. After taking x rays, and be lead hastily to an exam room I waited for 30+ minutes for a 10 minute examination from my physician. And was once again hastily sent home. Also, received a bill that showed that they never attempted to contact my insurance company for payment. Why the hell did I spend 20 minutes filling out forms and allowing you to copy my insurance card if you were going to be too lazy to call them? Now i have to spend hours and migraines trying to get this corrected. The biggest quirk is calling in, the first time I called someone hung up on me, immediately. I was able to get through the second time to the recorded message and when transferred to the operator I was hung up on again. I literally heard the office commotion in the back ground and the rattle of of someone putting down a receiver to disconnect my call.

I am only giving them one star because it will not let me post without it. I have been a Patient of Dr. Joyce Kim since last Sept - I have received 2 sets if injections in the spine since then. I am a big guy - not so much obese but pretty muscular and thick boned. I have never been so humiliated as I was today - It seems the Clinic has suddenly decided to change the rules that if a person has a BMI over 50, they cannot receive medical attention at this Clinic. I have a BMI of 52. The Humiliation that I endured today was beyond reproach. Dr. Kim knew about these new rules and still booked me to have injections today and then refused to treat me other than Humiliate me - the whole staff treated me like I was a HUGE OGRE because I did not fall within their rules. They did not take into consideration that I am muscular and have heavy bone structure from a pituitary condition. So prepare yourself to be humiliated if you do not fit into a certain BOX. I will never recommend this Clinic or Dr. Joyce Kim again.

Im a Workmans Comp patient, sent to see Dr. Straussman for a back injury. I certainly hope hes a better physician than his bedside manner would indicate. He said, and I quote "Okay, youre in pain, I get it." - in the most unprofessional and flippant manner. Regardless of my circumstances, any patient deserves more compassion and professionalism than that. I have no complaints about the speed or efficiency of the office, other than it just being difficult to get an actual human being on the phone, but at this point Im reluctant to allow Dr. Straussman access to my back with a knife or needle. Unfortunately, I have no choice.

Injured my knee playing soccer and apparently the ACL was hanging on by a thread. After a month of pretending nothing was wrong I went to see Dr. Qadir. We discussed the different options and I decided to go ahead with the repair using a cadaver graft. I was worried I would end up with a limp or worse off than before (my knee didnt hurt it was just really unstable) but 6 months later Im running again and Im so thankful to Dr. Qadir and the physical therapists at Woodlands Sports Medicine for putting my knee back together!

Doctor Cannon always listens and goes above and beyond. The wait is worth it when you have doctors that care and are knowledgeable on what needs to be done. Also my visit this week I meet a new PA name Bobby I can say she was great and up to speed of each condition and Pain I had. Thank you Woodlands Sports Medicine for believing me and helping me resolve this pain.

Everytime I have visited the Woodlands Sports Medicine Center I have waited 35- 3 1/2 hours after my appointment should have started every single time. The treatment for me has been short-term resulting in scheduling more appointments. I am currently have been transferred to a shoulder, knee and hip speaclist when I am here for my foot. Somewhat recommend.
