They seemed disorganized, like they a had bunch of teenagers working summer jobs or college interns who had just started. One guy was supposed to clean the equipment before I put my face up against it, but it was caked with makeup, so I had to ask the optometrist to clean it off first. The sales girl who rang up my glasses seemed unprofessional and slightly incompetent . Another guy who seemed like he had been working there longer, maybe a sales manager, came around and noticed she was about to overcharge me for something, so he corrected her. Then, she tells me that my glasses should be ready within an hour, so I come by 6 hours later, before close, 3 miles out of my way. No other customers were there, but they had me sit in the waiting area for 10 minutes. When they finally called my name, this girl searched in vain for my glasses for about 5 to 10 minutes. She went in the back where they make the glasses, then she came back out to tell me that they had to send off for them, and it make take up to 1 to 2 weeks to receive them. I called their office earlier today to receive an update, and they automatically put me on hold. I stayed on hold for about 15 minutes, then hung up. I will never go back to Zoellner and Associates again.

This office has some of the worst customer service I have ever been unlucky enough to encounter. Despite the fact that Zoellner and Associates offers free frame repair / adjustments to individuals who bought their glasses from the store, I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to anyone. I recently stopped in for a glasses adjustment when I was told that "the store was not busy." Indeed, when I stopped in, I was the first name on the list, and there were a number of individuals not working with any customers. After I came in, a number of individuals stopped in and signed in as well. Unfortunately, over the next forty minutes no one received any service (unless you count one of the technicians boyfriends, who came in and had a ten minute chat with her in the meantime). I finally left and went to Empire Optical, where I paid out of pocket for the adjustment, but was served promptly and actually treated with respect and courtesy. I do not recommend Zoellners office for anything.

Zero stars. I dont know how the little twit, Joyce, became the "office manager", but she has got to go. HOW RUDE!!!! She should be fired immediately. I have never heard a more immature, unprofessional "manager" speak to customers and other employees the way she does. Then to find out she doesnt even know how to do the job of those in her employ? Pathetic!!! What does she have on you Dr. Zoellner? She needs some additional training and management experience. How is it you dont see how detrimental to business she is? Can she even hire anyone qualified AND keep them employed for longer than 6 months? For the love of all that is holy, get rid of her! With that being said, everyone else seemed very helpful and polite. I dont know how they could work for such a terrible manager.

I came to Dr. Zoellners Harvard location in Tulsa a few years ago for an evaluation and treatment for a corneal infection. I received excellent service and have since then used this office for all my and my familys eyecare needs! While I do admit some days I do wait a bit when I dont think I should be, they are still very accomodating and helpful. All the doctors I have worked with have provided me with professional and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this office! I will definitely be using this office for all my eyecare needs for the foreseeable future.

This was my second visit to Dr. Zoellners office. I didnt see Dr. Zoellner but one of the associates. The technician and doctor were professional and very thorough during the exam. They should receive 5 stars! However; when I went to select glasses the person "helping" me deserved a negative 10 stars. I opted to take the Rx and go elsewhere. Bottom line: Great eye exam but get your eye wear elsewhere.

Walked in to the 3016 location and was not greeted. Walked up to the desk and was made to feel like we were and impassion. Filled out the paper work that was handed to us. And then..Sat in the waiting are for an hour before they girls behind the desk decided to let us know that apparently the insurance website was down and we should just come back another day.

Someone should really discuss how to be friendly with the front staff. The rest of the experience and treatment is of the utmost superiority, but the initial dealings with receptionists who seem like they dont want to be there really leaves an impression. Aside from that, this is an excellent place to have your optometry needs filled.

Dr. Robert Zoellner is the best and everyone in the area knows that, but I want to brag on Aaron W. at Memorial he was amazing!! He went above and beyond helping me find the perfect pair of frames (and I am a tad picky). I highly recommend Dr. Z and when you see Dr. Z MAKE SURE AND ASK FOR AARON ( at Memorial) cause he is the BEST!!!

Im extremely indecisive and their staff helped me choose the best style within my budget. Dr. Kari Moore is the best and I had the most pleasant experience with her today! Five stars every time!

I had to get a very special type of glasses for my line of work so I mentioned what I needed and they whipped out a box full of options to try out!!! Mind blown to say the least. The girl who helped me was super nice to work with and was very laid back. There was no sales push at all and I love that!!! Keep it up Z group!!!

The 71st store is a joke. Both of my kids worked there and quit because they couldnt watch them screw people over. The management is a major problem, but they do certain favors for the owner so the problems get brushed aside. Go to Stanton if you want fast, go to Jenks Optical if you want quality!

The new office and increased staff make it a much smoother process than my previous experiences. Their work to improve patient satisfaction is the obvious goal. Thanks for being friendly. I do get $10 off my bill, but they will still honor that deal regardless of a good or bad review.

I love Dr. Zoellners! Ive been going to the one on Harvard since I was much younger. Their new office is very nice and the staff has always been personable while maintaining their professionalism. My family comes here because they have the best selection of glasses.
