I had probably the worst experience ever at this office- so did my husband. They recommended a "deep" cleaning- They didnt even use pain control for my husband, telling him that I would need it for my fillings. His gums throbbed for days... I had 5 fillings done, and one temporary filling because the woman started drilling in my tooth but was doing it too rough and now I need a cap on that one. My mouth still hurt nearly a month after getting my teeth filled. They quoted another 1500 dollars to finish the work, No thank you. Ill go to someone else. The hygienist was rude saying stuff like "I got a whole McDonalds meal out of the back of your gums" Excuse me?! I am very self conscious about my teeth and make sure to brush them as Im supposed to. Some people just dont have good teeth. I have never gone to the dentist without cavities being found- even as a child when my Mom would brush them for me. I also dont appreciate being fussed at for moving when youre drilling so deep into my tooth that it hurts even with pain shots. NEVER go to this dentist... EVER.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went to the Heavenly Dental office in Lithonia believe me I would never have gone.Believe it these reviews are true. The staff is so rude and the doctor I saw wasnt friendly at all.They start drilling in your mouth like they are drilling for gold or something.Told them I felt the pain they left that tooth and went on to another one and it wasnt numb either.They talk about the patients soon as they leave out the door that is not professional at all.There was one kid back there and I felt so sorry for that child.I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I need more work done but I wont be going back to them.That was the worse experience I have ever had at a dentist. I think they all need to go thru training again because they didnt get it.

Staff is very unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. While waiting in the office, I saw someone else leaving that was very upset with the way that the staff handled him. My sons tooth was chipped and they explained how he needed a root canal and a cap that would cost $1000.00 for a eleven year old, I explained how I didnt have the money at the time and that another dentist said that he was to young. Needless to say they did not offer any other options they let us leave with a screw hanging out of his tooth and we were stilled charged for a visit. We had to go to another dentist. BE WARE they are only in it to get over. They need to rename the place to DENTIST FROM HELL!!!!!!!!! (office on Elm st)

I was appalled by mine & my mothers experience with "Heavenly Dental". The staff was unbelievably rude & insensitive. I have made formal complaints to the dental association for both of these offices (Conyers & Covington) My mother suffers from panic attacks & anxiety, & lets face it no one likes the dentist when you have very painful tooth ache, but for them to treat her like they did, they dont deserve to be in business. Im not sure if they just didnt want to do the job or they werent competent enough. Either way we walked out both offices in the same day because of the way she were treated. Dont want to get into details but I would highly recommend NOT going to "Heavenly Dental".

I had the best experience it was my first time at the office I have not been to the dentist in years I had to have 4 teeth pulled after getting numb it took maybe 5 mins to get everything done I was never in any pain she talked me through the whole thing always stopped to check on me I will always go back to her and all my children will transfer to her office . I had an emergency dental appointment and I must say that I had the best experience at Heavenly Dental Associates. Dr. Heavenly is very professional, caring, and very good. Dr. Heavenly is very passionate and it shows. I would recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Heavenly for taking very good care of me in my fragile state. God Bless.

The staff is knowlegable and friendly. I really like how Dr Heavenly relates to her patients -- she is always informative and compassionate! I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. The first thing people compliment me on is my smile thanks to Heavenly Dental.

After moving here from out of state a friend of mine referred me to Heavenly Dental and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! My son, who was terrified of going to the dentist, left the facility smiling and laughing. Both the doctor and her staff are great!! My family will definitely be long-term patients

The young lady at the front desk needs some help in the customer service area. They messed up on the time on my appointment sheet by writing 8:00 pm instead of 8:00 am and then made it out like it was my fault. Her smart comment was " No one pulls teeth at 8 in the night ".

They quoted me 3 diff prices , on 2 diff occasions at 2 diff locations on the same problem from 1300 to 1900 , I felt like they were trying to rip me off and saw white skin, nice car , must have money. Will never recommend or go to again.

i can say there not like the other dentist iv been to i didnt fill a thing when they fix my problem. just no i found the right dentist and everybody is so friendly,i love this dentist now ill tell others to come here thats how good they are

Paid cash for my expensive services and had the worst experience. My partial plate made it hard to talk and eat even when I got used to the plate and it damaged my healthy teeth and had wires showing although I asked for no wires.

Sketchy to say the least. Waited hours. And the assistants were by far the rudest people ever. They never did a follow up and said I had an abcess , did route canal and no antibiotics
