For a group of supposedly dedicated care providing professionals, these folks are anything but..... In trying to follow up with a refill of a basic prescription, I received 3 different stories why it couldnt be refilled, but only after I had pursued the question myself. There was no follow-up from the practice, and no sense of caring about my issue when I continued to try to resolve it. The final response was -- well, "you do understand this is just a walk-in clinic" -- not meant for ongoing care..... Guess I wont be "walking in" again anytime soon !!! They may be convenient, but beware of the price you pay for that convenience --- rude, unprofessional and indifferent !!!

I had a bad experience with this group. The doctor I seen was great but the staff is a "train-wreck". I had problems with lab work that was never ran after a blood draw or the results were lost, I was billed for services already paid for, and have received emails and bills for another patient whose file is crossed with mine. The front desk is open and very close to the waiting room and everybody can hear everything thus client confidentiality is compromised. In my opinion most of the staff is "cold" and I felt pushed along in the process. I will not be going back. The location I went to was the one on Parker Commons Blvd.

The girl at front counter was rude, violated everyones privacy by saying diagnosis, social security numbers insurance info any payment history with other people standing 1 foot away, I told her you are in violation of hippa, she had no clue, I asked for my insurance card and went to the er, I rather pay a co pay then be treated like I owe someone something when I never set eyes on them until then. If you have a bad day stay home. If you dont know hippa work in fast food restaurant, will never walk in that facility again, Id rather die

Dr. Lipschutz is new to Millennium. Hes been my Physician for 20 years, since I was in my 30s. Besides being highly skilled, he takes time with his patients. Thats a rare commodity these days. I feel like he truly cares about me. When I have needed specialist care, he has organized it and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I cant say enough good things about him.

The doctor at the Metro office is great but the staff is very difficult to work with especially concerning precriptions. I have been going here for over 3 years and I am so fed up with trying to get my precriptions I am changing doctors.

Dr. In good, staff is horriable. Hippa laws were broken time and again and all of the staff is very rude. I will never go back.
