I recently went there for an outpatient surgery. Although the surgeon was great, the nurse who went into the surgery room with me, as well as the resident from Case Western Reserve University had absolutely no people skills and were extremely rude to me right before I went into surgery. I was having the fourth surgery on my left leg and the rude nurse came into the room making derogatory comments about the scars I had from prior surgeries. She even had the audacity to say "look at all those scars on your leg. Rough childhood?" The resident was extremely rude too. He spoke to me as if I were stupid, and then after he got finished explaining the consent form to me, he looked at me and said " Youre just giving me this dumb blank stare," yet he hadnt asked me one question. Metro Health you need to do a better job of hiring people with compassion, and people skills. I left your facility highly insulted, and I will never be back there for another surgery after my last experience.

The doctors there are wonderful, it is sad however, that their nursing staff are so rude, and treat you like you are dirt. I am new with Metro pain management, and was never explained their rules. I have been in pain management with my previous insurance for over 20 years, and was always treated with respect. This office needs to reexamine and hire some nurses who can give people the respect they deserve. It is sad, I had to change Drs to a different facility, because of the nursing staff.

The service here is an abomination. The receptionist treat you as if you were scum. Also I called 3 times to schedule an appointment and never got through. Actually wasted 65 minutes of my life. My wait time on the phone until I gave up on the last call was 28 minutes 58 seconds. I had to call metro on west 25th in order to make an appt for this place. I pray they restructure the current team there. I will never recommend nor return. EVER!!!!

Terrible service and bad experiences on both visits. Dont believe the good reviews Im sure they are fabricated. After complaining to some friends and coworkers in the area they also had mentioned nothing but problems at this facility. Stay away and save yourself the stress.
