Waste of time!! I got there 5 minutes after they opened, there were 6 people in front of me; no biggie, I thought this will be fine! Wrong! Previously, I tried to make an appointment but they were consistently closed or didnt returning my calls or closed for lunch, regardless I got there nice and early... 40 minutes later they had skipped over most of the walkins and were only taking the appointments without even letting us know. Needless to say I had to leave after wasting my time and not getting my blood drawn. They told me I should make an appointment next time, I express to them how I tried many times. They just looked at me, handed me my paperwork and turned back around. I guess customer service isnt a priority there!

The best in the area, hands down. For those who gave this location a bad review, get a life you lonely, pathetic loosers. You know nothing you are spoiled, disgusting people. I know this because I missed an appointment here by accident and had to reschedule for another nearby location. Although the staff was friendly at the other location, there was a 4 hour wait, and a complete mad house. I wish all you stuck up idiots would have to go there for youre next appointment to see for yourself how grateful you should be to be able to get into this location. #$@@oles. This location is a Godsend

Making fun of patients & their family who come into your office with your co-workers, particularly when they can hear you ("whispering" isnt always quiet, little tip there) is not professional at all. That right there turned me off the whole experience. Im not naïve, I know co-workers gossip and talk about clients/patients/etc but while it shouldnt be done at all it REALLY shouldnt be done where others can hear. Makes me wonder if they even follow HIPAA guidelines at all in that office.

I went with my Dad to Quest Diagnostic on 1530 Celebration Blvd. on Thursday.The lady on window 3 never mention that they dont accept AETNA by HealthKids.She did the Blood test, and told us that if Aetna dont pay us you R liable for the bill.My father called Aetna and the agent told him we dont have an agreement with Quest.If lady at Quest would have told us we would have gone to LabCorp. Very bad customer service.

Appointment for 10:15, done and out 1 hour later. Office manager needs to review scheduling and office procedures. Employees nice and knowledgable . Maybe running on a tight budget. Usually go to Quest locations on Alafaya, Orlando. Out in 15 mins or less.

Great location. Friendly staff. They took good care of us when we brought our 6 month old daughter in for a blood draw. We setup our appointment online and then walked right in with no waiting. I plan to return to this location for any future lab work.

The facility and staff were top notch! I made an appointment prior to arriving, and after signing in on the tablet, I waited less than 1 minute before being called back. Raquel was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The reason I gave a 2 is.... every time u call there .. the voice box is always full and cannot take a message !! What kind of business is this that you cant take a call or even leave a message ??? smh.. Staff is nice and very clean place tho

This place is the worst. I had an appointment at 7:30 but didnt get helped until 8:30. People with appointments after mine got helped before I did. Im sure theres a reason, but the workers are completely oblivious on what customer service is.

I have been calling this number for days and all Ive got is an answering machine, and it says to call an 888 number for appointments and is always busy, it doesnt give you any options to talk to someone live!...very poor customer service.

Clean office but extremely hard to get someone to answer the phone. You also cannot leave a voicemail because the voicemail box is always full... Management should at least delete messages every now and then.
