We were referred to by the Pikesville Animal Hospital because we needed our cat boarded. Im sure glad they did after reading other reviews for other local places this place is just fantastic. Normally you would think you would be charged for getting their nails clipped but it was free. They noticed he needed it and considering he fights us when we try they were more than willing to do so, NO CHARGE. They also charge less than Pikesville Animal Hospital for procedures, for example Teeth Cleaning was about $350 there but at Metropolitan it was only about $250. There might be cheaper places around but I think my trust in Dr. Seigel is well worth that amount. Besides that their building isnt very large but inside you see a couple of free roaming cats and they are very friendly so if you like the idea of not every cat is in a cage then this might be a way for you to have faith that they love cats!

These ladies are weird and wonderful. As soon as you walk in you sense "crazy cat lady" all over the place, but thats exactly what you want in a vet office - people who are crazy about your pets. Dr. Seagull (spelling?) might seem a bit "gruff" as she is very blunt and to the point, but I think shes just the kind of person who is an advocate for your pet and will tell you like it is and badger you into making sure your pet is getting all the care they deserve, and I dont think thats just to inflate her wallet, its because she really cares. Prices are also very reasonable. We left our two kitties with them for over a week and we had no doubts about the attention and care our pets received.

We just got a new kitten and needed to find a good vet for her. The ladies at the Metropolitan Cat Hospital have been outstanding. Theyre great about working with our work schedule to be able to see our kitten, and have been very gentle with her. Shes now had all of her shots and has gotten spayed all through them and each time weve met with them theyve been fantastic. They are also very affordably priced and work so hard to help the stray cats in the area. I would recommend them to anyone!

My baby Miracle was so sick. No one else would see him , they were too busy. I was blessed to find this doctor. Miracle had a temperature of 103. He needed and received immediate treatment. I have no doubt the the team saved my babys life. They were also very patient with Miracles frantic mother. In my hast and fatigue I dropped his medication. The made two house visits. All I can say is I thank God for the day that I found Metropolitan Cat Hospital.

Metropolitan Cat Hospital is such a wonderful vet office. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and compassionate. One of my kitties is a very difficult patient but they are all very nice to him and dont hold it against him! They are reasonably priced and they have even given me a break after I had just spent hundreds at an emergency vet.

Dr. Siegel is totally dedicated and delightfully funny and caring. Shes treated my cats and my "barking cats" for almost twenty years and always goes the extra distance to figure out a problem and find a treatment. Weve adopted four cats from her, all without any adoption fee, all with all tests and vaccinations done.

By far the most dedicated, available vet I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has gone above and beyond for both me and my cat and I cant imagine going to any other vet practice. So much love for all of the vet techs as well. Wonderful ladies through and through!

Dr. Siegel and her staff are excellent caregivers for animals. I take my dogs there and she gives them care as good as what she gives cats. Highly recommend her and Metropolitan Cat Hospital. If you want the best for your animals, go see them.
