VCA is definitely my vet for life. I took my last dog there for years until she passed away, now I bring my dog Jasper there. She recently was spayed, and being the nervous mommy that I am, I took her back twice because of normal swelling and somega discharge. They checked her, cleaned the incision and didnt treat me like the crazy person that I felt that I was. Woke up this morning and Jaspers incision opened up a little on the bottom, I called and they saw me right away, stapled the bottom of the incision up and gave her some more pain medicine and antibiotics. (They by no means messed up the spay, it was actually a very clean incision when I picked her up, they did a great job on the spay) Definitely the best vets that I know. The staff is all very friendly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had always had good experiences and caring staff...until now. Dr. Lucas left a phone message letting me know that my 6 month old puppy had aspiration pneumonia found on X-ray. I called back as he suggested and never heard back from him for 2 days and this was only after calling and complaining. Even leaving a message to him from his staff saying it was an emergency did nothing. Now today I was sent home with the wrong medicine for my puppy. It was someone elses prescription. Again no call back from Dr. Lucas. Only his staff. I asked for him to call me. My puppy has a complicated medical problem and was given the wrong medicine. Seems like that would be important enough to call. Uncaring and possibly incompetent. I hope to find a new vet. I have no trust in him.

A few weeks ago, on a Saturday morning, I ended up needing to take my cat to the Vet. I called around 8:30 AM and they had me in the office shortly thereafter. When I walked in they didnt have any power, but they were still willing to see my cat. I was in and out of the office quickly. The staff was incredibly nice and very informative. Definitely a patient for life! (*Note: My parents took our dog to this animal hospital many years ago. When we moved back to the area, we remembered this place because of how awesome they were before. Kudos for keeping your business a great business!)

The first time I went to VCA was when my dog, Xena, ate rat poison. I was terrified for her, and the local vets that I called were of no help. VCA treated me like we have been going there for years. They are always fast, friendly, and efficient. Great prices and great people are what you will find at VCA. I wont take Xena anywhere else. This is her vet for life. I also tell all of my friends and family its time to switch to VCA. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for all your help and care!

very nice people,, seemed to car about the animals,, Prices are high compared to others, my problem is they Never Return your Calls,, i had to keep calling to get answers or i get a call back a day later,, i know they are busy but it only takes 5 mins to make a call. or leave a message,,,,

We have been going to this team for more than 5 years now. Not one bad experience from any of the vets or assistants. They always take their time and make sure all of your questions are answered. Cant go wrong!!!!

Very disappointed...scheduled appointment for 7 pm rushed home from work to be on time for them....wait 20 minutes to be told another 10 min wait...very frustrating..so I left..not acceptable to me.
