Pros: very nice & clean modern rooms & waiting area. Nurses genuinely care for pets and are friendly. Calm music & aromatherapy scents in cat rooms. Employees handled rowdy dogs when my cat was around. Employees remember pets names. Good location. My check up was a very nice first experience HOWEVER when it came time to trim my cats nails she was treated roughly. I had given notice that this was her first time meeting strangers & I wasnt sure how she would react during her nail trim since I got her from the SPCA. (Im a first time cat owner & wanted a well trained person to show me) My cat wasnt taking it well, & nothing was done to let her know shes ok. She got fussy & swiped at the doc. They gave her a 5 min break to calm down. Doc & nurse came back but were really rough which made her even more scared. Again, no soothing voice, no treat, no loving petting was given to sooth her. They held her down and rushed to finish. Because they rushed & didnt hold her properly, my kitty jerked her paw & what looked like to me a nail hadnt been cut properly. All weekend she was hiding, limping & not eating properly. Went back today to get her seen. I was told that the nail itself was not damaged but the angle it was cut caused inflammation. Doc said that my kitty was a "delicate flower" putting the blame on my cat but honestly it was because she wasnt held or taken care of properly.( My opinion is that, that shouldnt even have happened. I pay for accuracy & effectiveness) Luckily I didnt pay for the second visit & honestly I shouldnt even had to pay for the prescription since she didnt come to her first visit like that but I did anyways because I wanted to get outta there before I went off. When I closed my account the last thing the receptionist said to me was "good luck". Good luck for what?! Seriously?! I regret not saying anything in person & taking it out on Google review but I was really upset & wouldnt be nice at all. I love my cat and want THE best care for her. I give 1 star. My rating is based off the subtext of the conversations with the doc/receptionist & treatment my cat received. I find it to override the great facility, friendly nurse, & location. *picture shows how bad inflammation is & how much of a "delicate flower" my cat is to pain. *****UPDATE **** I have gone to a new vet to get xrays for my cats paw. Im not familiar with feline bone structure, but what is considered a knuckle on a human is similar to what was hurt on my cat. I was told by my current vet that it has healed but she will suffer from arthritis for the rest of her life (my cat is only 2 yrs old). She still limps & holds her paw up when she sits to not put weight on it. Throughout this experience I spoke to the office manager. She was very kind & got this issue professionally resolved by not putting blame on any party, no subtext anger, just pure professionalism. Healing with Hearts offered to pay for the Xray fee at my new vet, Which I am glad because it was the right thing to do. I thank them & appreciate that. Overall, the issue with the xray was resolved, the location, facility & nurses were great but my cat will live in pain forever due to this mistake. That is why i simply cant recommend this place.

We brought our cat Cleo here for a second opinion because she had been sick for awhile and we werent happy with the service at our old vet office anymore. From the first time we walked into the office, every single person I interacted with was so kind and professional. Dr. Deavers and her staff are so great and I really felt that they cared about our Cleo as much as we did. Sadly we did have to put her down but I just appreciate the compassion this whole office had for us and Cleo. They explained the process to us since we have never had to do this before. I will definitely be bringing our other two cats here when it is time for their checkups. I highly recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Deavers and staff.

Was very pleased with both Dr. D and her staff. We travel all over the U.S. and I was very impressed with them. Took both my dog and cat here. My cat is a stray that had adopted me a few months prior to visit. He was in very poor shape when I found him and the first vet he saw recommended I wait to have him fixed. The next vet he saw was ready not only to fix him but to declaw him (I feel this is cruel). Took him in for an infection to see Dr D and asked about fixing him. She suggested I wait as fixing male cats too young can cause problems with urinary tract. Very honest vet who cares about your pet more than making money.

Healing with Heart is fantastic! The entire experience was top notch from the minute we arrived. There is a very boutique like quality to the customer service which extends from the young lady at the front desk to Dr. Deavers. I have a Pit Bull/American Bull Dog mix and while hes a sweetheart, hes a bundle of energy (to put it modestly). Dr. Deavers and her team showed extreme patience when working with him, taking all the time needed to make him feel comfortable. Their passion for animals and their care is second to none. Looking forward to a long relationship with Dr. Deavers and her team!

The staff was just friendly towards everyone and especially friendly with the animals. The vet was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and she was not like a pushy sales person per say when it come to my choice on the care for my dog. She was like we need to make this a priority and we can work on the rest of the issues at a later date and she was just a wonderful vet, and my dog was treated like he was her own pet. The entire staff has made my dog & I feel comfortable and will be continuing to see them for the care of my dogs.

My first foster dog was a puppy who came to me with a broken leg. Dr Deavers has been nothing but absolutely WONDERFUL, and she and her staff have treated Hattie and me like family from the moment I called. They truly care about every animal. I was given her name as a recommendation and will be bringing my own dogs to her now as well. I cant thank this practice enough for everything theyve done. They have been an answered prayer and I will highly recommend them to any and everyone from now on.

You wont find a more caring or compassionate vet team. Every aspect of the clinic from the moment you walk in the door until you leave has been given consideration for both you and your furry friend. Dr Deavers is fabulous in her skills and her compassion. If you are looking for a team to care for your pets, look no further. I currently have 4 kitties and Dr Deavers has seen them all. You wont find a more dedicated team. Highly recommend.
