I never ever leave reviews. I never say bad things about a business I just keep to myself. But I will never go back to this place. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcomed. The assistant comes out and looks at me ,doesnt introduce herself and tells me we need to weigh him. She almost acted annoyed that I had my dog outside because he had crazy diarrhea. She ignored me when I spoke and did not acknowledge my questions. Not to mention when she took my dogs temp.( from behind) she was rough on him. I have never heard him cry before, not like that. You would think because he had explosive bowel movements she would have been more gentle. It was almost like she didnt want to be doing this job. When the Vet came in the room she did tell me her name, but she didnt shake my hand, she didnt seem concerned with me. This was so weird to me. My dog is like my child. If you took your kid to the doctor wouldnt you expect the Doctor to treat you with the respect you showed them? Wouldnt you want to trust the person looking at your child? There was no trust established here. No level of concern. Just more interested in getting me in and out and taking my money. When I tried to tell her my worries about the dog, it felt like she ignored me there too. No response. SHe prejudged me thinking because I had a Pitbull that I hadnt gotten his shots and he was sick with parvo. Even though I told her he had had all his shots and had been checked for parvo. They checked for that anyway and that was 50$ . I could say much more about this experience because this isnt even the half of it. And you know not everyone there was rude, but the two main people that were checking on my dog... were rude. I will never go back. I am still upset about this, $157.00 later and I still am not 100% sure my dog is healthy. That is not ok.

I chose this vet because I read the good reviews on here. I asked if they deal with chinchillas and they told me which day they would have a vet there who owns chinchillas herself and is good with them. Dr. Williams examined him in front of me and was very thorough. She was very kind and seemed to genuinely care about the wellbeing of my pet. He was very sick when I brought him in and she spent a long time looking at him, explaining his illness to me, and explaining how to treat him to make him better. In my opinion she saved his life. I had already taken him to another vet who assured me they knew about chinchillas and actually didnt, and didnt treat him at all for anything. Friendship even sent me a postcard thanking me for choosing them as my vet. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of this vet. I have no complaints at all.

the staff is friendly. there are multiple doctors all who seem competent. i had to bring my dog there for emergency surgery, as the vet i had been going to for years failed me in several ways and almost cost my dog her life. I now bring my dog and cat to them gladly. they are good people who truly care about animals. the facilities are a little old, but in general they are good. I had one concern, my dog had to stay there over night, and no one is there to watch overnight guests and my dog had just had surgery, i dont if that is common among all vet hospitals except the 24 hour ones, if its not please tell me of a vet in norfolk who does that. It does worry me, but as I said if that is almost everyone, they are qualified to take care of your animals and they are good people.

My dog went to an ER Vet for bladder stones over the weekend and was directed to take antibiotics (which they provided) and to eat a prescription food to help break up the stones (which I was to get from my regular vet the next day). My regular vet was on vacation for a week with no back-up vet. I went to Friendship desperate for this particular food. In the midst of Monday Morning Madness, Ashley bent over backwards to help me - called the ER vet to get the prescription for the food faxed over and was able to locate a bag of the dry food I needed; then made a follow-up appointment for a week later. I was SO grateful to find a place with employees willing to go that extra mile to help a very uncomfortable patient (and her exasperated Mom). I have just found my NEW regular vet!

Dr. Cisco and the team at Friendship is simply put, AMAZING!! I had to take my dog Wednesday there because her vet was closed after she had been hit by a car. These people were so kind and gental with her. I have since switched vets and they are still working on getting Wednesday moving again. I thought there was going to be no way to fix her and that I was going to lose my baby but Dr. Cisco stepped in and saved her life and my heart from breaking. I love it there and I have recommend them to EVERYONE I know. There prices are not high at all and the staff is so kind!! Trust Friendship with your pets, you wont regret it!!

I can not say enough about this Vet Hospital. I had an emergency that the emergency vets at another hospital were too inept to handle. I called Friendship early in the morning with my emergency and even though I did not have an appointment and was not a client of theirs (having just relocated) they told me to come in asap. I brought my doggy in and they were simply the best. They took her in immediately. From the front desk staff to the Doctors they were friendly, courteous and kind. Dr. Williams is awesome!! I was so lucky to have found them (on google at that!) and they my new vets!

I have used this vet for many years. They have seen all of my new kittens and puppies into the old age. They have cared for them when they were well and when they were sick. And when my pets could do no more, they eased them out of their misery. They put up with the crazy pet owner that could not figure out how to make a sickly dog better. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cisco, Dr. Braun, Dr. Manning and Dr. Williams. Marcy and Melissa are always the best and the veterinary assistants are great! You wont get better care for your pets.

I have a kidney challenged dog who has been going to Friendship for over 5 years now. They spayed her, chipped her and have seen her through some pretty rough times. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the Vets, or staff. All are friendly, knowledgeable, well trained and efficient. I inherited another dog a few years ago and he now goes here as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid and reasonably priced Vet for their non-human family member(s).

Ive been a client of this vet for many years, their exotic knowledge is fantastic. They have taken care of my hedgehog for her life and are taking very good care of my ferret every time I bring him in. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they care. They only suggest options of treatment rather than force. No upselling or anything like that. Its nice to know there is a small vet like this for the large scale populous. I highly recommend this vet for now, and years to come.
