Do not disregard the negative reviews on this Doctors office. The people who are writing the good reviews have just not experienced the horrible customer service and disrespect from the front office. We went to this doctors office for over a year and everything was great until it wasnt. The doctor is extremely good with the children and we did not have any issues with him. Like most people we ignored the negative reviews online regarding the front desk staff. However, the front desk staff, especially the manager, appear to be incompetent while possessing zero customer service skills. When she encounters an issue she resorts to attacking and demeaning her patients as opposed to seeking to deescalate the issue. We literally had to tell her that we would not be coming back to their practice while in their office because their behavior was so out of control. They operate under the assumption that if a customer is being blunt with them or raising any concerns that they are being attacked with nuclear weapons. This complete lack of even basic customer service skills and business sense makes this an office we would advise anybody to avoid. Furthermore, having to leave this office does impact our children. Even our 1.5 year old recognizes the doctor and is completely comfortable around him. Now we have to find a new doctor and develop relationships all over again. It is a much better idea not risk that your children have to go through the same experience. I have never experienced in my professional life a customer service experience as bad as the one I encountered with this office.

Why do people like this guy?! We will NEVER subject our child to his rough, rude, ignorant "treatment" again. First, the office admin is SO inexcusably RUDE. Then, we waited an hour to see the doctor and we were the ONLY patients there that day. When he did come in, he talked condescendingly to me like I was a completely negligent, stupid parent. My child had previously been diagnosed with a Sensory Processing Disorder, and he didnt even know what that was or what to do about it! He labeled my child "delayed" and "ADHD," neither of which are even remotely true. He made ridiculous referrals to specialists we did not need, and refused to make a referral for the one we DID need. The worst problem? After I explained clearly that my son had sensory issues with things touching his face/ears/etc, but that if he would allow me to explain to my son clearly and lovingly that the doctor needed to see his ears, my son would be ok, he ROUGHLY FORCED MY CHILD DOWN and jammed the otoscope into his ear, and yelled at him to stop screaming about it! This is unacceptable behavior, and I am LIVID that he and his staff treated us with such disrespect!!!

I was shocked to see the harsh reviews, but there are always a few in the crowd. We have had all of our childen go to Dr. Orezzoli and he is absolutely the best Doctor ever. I wish I had a doctor myself this good! He is patient, explains things well, answers all questions, and seems like he or his staff are avaliable 24x7. He is one of the main reasons I like the Daytona Beach area; its hard to find great doctors and Dr. Orezzoli, Nancy, and all the staff there are fantastic! I highly recommend this office for your children.

I am new to the area and had no idea where to begin my search for my unborn sons pediatrian. A co-worker recommended Dr. O. I went there yesterday in hope of meeting him and getting a tour of the facility but was told he doesnt do consultations and havent done them in years. My husband and I are expecting our first child, how is one supposed to make a vitally important decision such as this if Im not even able to meet the doctor who will be working alongside me to care for my son?!?!?!?!?

Im surprised by the negative reviews. Dr. Orezzoli has been seeing my children for almost 14 years now. We have always had a very positive experience. He is a caring, considerate doctor. He doesnt talk down to me; I think the perception must come from the fact that he does speak slowly and emphatically, to make sure he is understood even with his thick accent. Nurse Nancy is the sweetest! And, Mrs. Orezzoli is terrific at the front desk.

Amazing, kind, knowledgeable, gentle, patient and a little old school is how I would describe Dr Orezzoli. I warn you though be prepared to wait to see him as he spends actual real time with your child or children. Hes such a wonderful Dr and will answer question any time you need them and make sure to fit you in when your child is sick. Im so thankful for this Dr office.

Dr. Orezzoli is amazing. Every time my daughter comes in he calls her a princess and tells her how smart and beautiful she is and kisses her on the hand. We leave with more than physician help, she leaves with boosted moral and ego. She leaves happy, I leave happy. LOVE this place. Everyone has been so kind.

Love, love, love this place. Been going here for over 6 years with 3 kids and never had a bad encounter with the office staff, nurse or doctor. The doctor approaches each parent and child like his own extended family and I love the peace of mind I get from such a wonderful pediatrician.

AMAZING AMAZING! We love Dr O!!! He is so great with kids and always makes my son laugh when we go for a visit! He is very caring and takes his time with his patients so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I appreciate that we arent just a number! Highly reccomeneded DR!
