I am so disappointed in this practice and the incompetent administrative staff. My sons were patients for 7 years and then moved away. After 4 years, we have moved back and we loved Dr. Savonna and Dr. Cameron so much that of course we wanted to return to their care... have a better chance of meeting the Wizard of Oz thanks to the incompetence of the office staff. I dropped off tthe then our records of the 4 years we were away and they said they would then pull the old records and he would be all set.....WRONG! This morning my son is very sick.so I call the office..i was told that they would not see my sick son today because THEY cant find THEIR old records on him.... HOW does the doctor office lose medical records??? HOW does a doctor office refuse to see a sick child that was their patient because they have inadequate record keeping? These are two great doctors but the office administrative staff make it extremely difficult to appreciate that..

Rent house

was looking for a new Pediatric doctor for my two year old, so this afternoon I made calls ask some general questions like how to become the pt here, how to give them the medical records from other doctors, are there other doctors besides Dr. Savona, etc. the first two ladies were very polite, and the third one, I ask her "do you have a nurse line" which some places do have, the lady said: I cannot tell you if you are not pt here, so I said I am gonna come in this afternoon to sign the paperwork just wonder if you have a nurse line? the lady respond: if you want to know, you have to be the pt here, i cant tell you about it, and what is pts last name? I answered: my kid is not the pt yet. ok, she hung up right away. whoever answered the phone on 2/17/2016 on 2:16pm thats the person got very bad attitude, I am very upset about this experience, and decide not go there anymore.

Dr. Savona (and Dr. Cameron) are both excellent pediatricians and I appreciate the care and time they give to my family and specifically, my son. Dr. Savona got me through some scary early parenting moments when I first had my newborn and his tenderness and compassion made a world of difference to me. Both he and Dr. Cameron have provided excellent care and just seem like wonderful human beings. All of the nurses weve worked with have been great as well! The administrative staff does leave something to be desired which is why I only gave 4 stars. Theyre not particularly welcoming or eager to help. At our last appointment, one was openly complaining about how long and boring her week was with several families in the waiting room. Thats not professional or respectful. Save that for your lunch break or complaining in the back room.

Great pediatrician. He is very nice, and spends an adequate amount of time with you each visit to make your you fully understand everything and are comfortable. The nurses are very sweet as well. The whole office makes my sons feel at ease about visiting the doctor. They also have a separate side of the office for sick patients, so you are not mingling in the waiting room with sick children if you are just there for a well visit.

As a healthcare provider i was appalled at thr line of questioning upon attampt to get an appt to establish care. Refuse to schedule without full records arriving....seriously???? Then...no welcome...or how did u hear about us...whats your name...nothing. First thing out of her mouth...Well we need to know if you vaccinate your child if you dont we wont see them. Wow. Well...so much for patient cenetered care at thus place.

Dr. Savona is great. My son has been seeing him since he was born. Always fits us in when he is sick. He is a straight shooter and never suggests anything unless its absolutely needed. Takes the time to explain everything and we feel good when we leave (half their job right). If I could see him, I would. We are upset that we have to leave do to changing insurances but the whole team is top notch.

We have taken all our children (4) to Dr. Savona since 2007. He is an excellent pediatrician and has a wonderful bedside manner. He always explains things to the us as parents and very understandable way. Hes great!
