I dont really write reviews but I just recently moved to Orlando and I was looking for a good pediatrics office for my kids. My complaint is with the office staff, the pediatricians are great, my first time at the office I arrived about 10 minutes before my daughters appointment I also had an appointment for my 2year old at the time the. Their appointment was October 19, 2016 her appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and my for 1:45 I believe whatever the case was I arrived 10 minutes early and my daughter was not seen. I actually completed the paperwork before her scheduled appointment and they still did not see my daugther but made me fill out the paperwork anyway. The secretary said that the doctor would not be able to see her that day because I was late, and the office was not full at all, obviously it was not that busy at all if the doctor herself had to ask me why my daughter was not being seen today. With that being said the woman at the front desk showed no care or concern to even wanting to help me with or make sure my daughter could have been seen or not. I scheduled another appointment and had to reschedule for work purpose and the young lady that rescheduled my appointment that I could go to the Kissimmee location it was not to far per the women that rescheduled the appointment after work I GPS that location only to find out its about 30mintues away with tolls. I called to speak to the office manager I was put on hold for over 25mins and never spoke to him, keep in mind I was at work when I called. I attempted to call on my break I was on hold for about 10mins before the office manager picked up the phone and when he got on the phone I explained to him my situation only for him to put me on hold for another 20 mins and never answered I had to hang up because my break was over. Neither the office manager or any of the staff attempted to call me back or help the situation. The staff and the manager is helpless my daughter needs her physical completed by the 28th of October and they showed no concern... Because I’m new to the area I going to schedule another appointment to complete her physical and remove my kids from this office.

One star only because the option doesnt allow for NO STARS. This one star is for the Pediatrician who has been nothing but great to my son on all visits up to this point. Its not bad enough that you call for an appointment and put on extensive wait only for the receptionist to tango with you about whether or not they have an appointment. A previous review says it best, its not about the wellbeing of the little ones but rather billing. My son has been in and out of the hospital and one of the side effects to a Medication he received in the ER is that of hive breaking out at random times. Was getting him dressed for his appointment when he had a flare and I stopped to shower him in the Dove for sensitive skin, put aquaphor on him and give him Benadryl to ease his discomfort. This made me 15-20 mins late. The two receptionists watch me check my son in then says the doctor will not see your son. This is with knowledge that he was just in the ER and he is having continued flares of hives and discomfort. Now what kind of Pediatrician refuses to see a patient when the doctors office is EMPTY. Yet I have sat in their waiting room upwards of an hour. In two years and 5 months of being late ONCE which was today. I think that was the wake up call I needed to find a Pediatrician for my child. If you can post about God and Love all over your office but deny a CHILD a check up.... as a Christian or a Christian faced structure some remodeling needs to be done on the heart or the office but both seem polar opposite. I must say I have been having this bad taste since this new group of employees. Moshe (probably spelt incorrectly but its not that important to get it right...its not a spelling bee) was the only rude one when I started visiting but its quite evident he trained these new ones who have no respect, compassion for kids. Could say a million more things but Ill tell you if you havent yet visited the METROWEST OFFICE avoid it, maybe the others are better but I would recommend anyone to go here.

I usually do not write reviews but I think we should share our experiences with other parents and future patients... My complaint is with the office staff, not the pediatrician, who I like very much and feel very comfortable with her taking care of my newborn son. The first problem started on my very first visit, 3 days after my son was born... My appointment was at 2:30 but I was supposed to get there at 2 to fill paperwork... we got to the office at 2:20 and the secretary said that the doctor would not be able to see me that day because I was late, and there was no exception to that... After me saying that I would not go home and come back another day (anyways I was still on time for the appointment itself) and beg her to consider since that was first time out with the new baby and we were a little late because of the adjustments to the new addition to our family, she offered to speak to the manager and they "made an exception"... Not a good starting for us :( The second bad experience happened a few days ago... (my son is 3 weeks old).. When I spoke to the pediatrician the first time, on my pre-delivery visit, she stated that if I had questions I could call the office and the nurse would address any concerns... Well, I call the office and left messages to the medical team for two days in a row and I was never called back... I actually had to call the hospital where I delivered to have my concerns clarified... it is unacceptable for a pediatric clinic to not call back at least to follow up with the parents... I would not like to switch pediatricians but after these episodes I think I would not have another choice... I would love to keep the doctor though... Dr Fioretti is very knowledgeable and sweet, which made me feel very confident and comfortable having her as my childs pediatrician. Five stars for Dr Fioretti.

Horrible!!! This Dr. Office is not concern with the Wellness of your Child. They are more concerned with billing your Insurance to get continue to get Pay on each visit! Every Two weeks my Daughter came to this Office for three Months for her Asthma. Doctor Amra Gavric would only write her for prescription for albuterol solution and the inhaler, and only give you two weeks supply of medication so that you would need to come back for another appointment Where she would do nothing again.. I continue to voice my concerns to this Dr that my daughter is using this inhaler and solution way too much, She would have to use her nebulizer 6 time through the night. Not to mention the School Nurse would call me during the Day, tell me that my daughter should be on preventive medication to avoid that consent trips to the nurses office for an Treatment. Also said that my daughter should be seeing Pulmonlogist (lung Specialis) a I asked Dr Amra Gavic about the prevent medication (aerospace) and the referral to Pulmonlogist didnt give it to me but gave me the usually two of solution and inhaler and appointment to come back in two weeks. One night my Daughter was having a (really bad) Asthma attack to her to the ER at Arnold Palmer the Drs there gave her the preventive medication plus the referral to Pulmonlogist. We have now gotten control of her asthma where she is now use a rescue inhaler once a day now. take your child somewhere else a place where they care about the wellness of your child not the Money from the insurance companies
