Just stay far far away. In May 2014 I switched my kids to this office. I was delighted at their multi cultural background and education displayed on their website. I almost didnt select them because of the numerous complaints about waits. My first two appointments ( I had three kids and had my fourth in June) for Physicals and establishments were quick and excellent. After that, everything went down hill. Suddenly it was difficult to get appointments. My baby had bad jaundice in the hospital when he was born and they released me on a Sunday and said I needed an appointment the very next day to check his levels. They couldnt get me an appointment for three days.Three times I needed sick appointments, and they had no appointments for days sometimes a week. Offices are suppose to have plenty of sick appointments for same day and next day. Every time my newborn had an appointment, the dr would have to call in the nurses to redo measurements or redo them himself because they were always off. I was never there for under an hour. The average time was an hour and a half. The tip of the iceberg is when I took my oldest son in to be seen because I thought he had bronchitis (he had a bad cough for 10 days). I found out he had an ear infusion (fluid in the ear). The dr placed him on antibiotics. At his follow up appointment, it was really a joke. The nurse took us into the room and she used some kind of device to get readings from his ear (first and only time Ive ever seen this). The dr came in, looked in his ear, and called the nurse in and asked her to redo the test (as per usual) and he said "It came back normal?" and she said "yeah it did". She redid the test, what ever it was, and she said again "Yeah its normal" and the dr said "Okay, well then hes cured". I almost said something, but I didnt, and I really should have. Obviously, he thought his ear was not better when he looked into it or other wise, why would he ask the nurse to come in and redo whatever she did? Two days later my son was crying with ear pain and I had to take him to an urgent care. Not only did he still have fluid in his left ear, his right ear was now infected. Another round of antibiotics. While I was researching new pediatricians (making sure I didnt make the same mistake again) I took my son back for a follow up ten days later. Still, fluid in his ear. They rxed another round of antibiotics. I then find a new pediatrician and schedule a follow up for this round of antibiotics with them. Not only is the fluid still in his left ear, its also now in his right. His throat was very red and tonsils enlarged. The new pediatrician recognized right off the bat he needed an ENT. During this time, I also notice my son is having problems hearing me.He rxed another set of antibiotics to try to prevent permanent hearing loss. I just saw the ENT yesterday. He needs tubes in his ears, tonsils and adenoids removed and will most likely have permanent hearing loss due to long term fluid in his ears. After surgery a hearing test will be performed. So, not only was my child told he was cured, he has been subjected to pretty much every antibiotic that is safe for a child his age and size to use. He developed diarrhea, suffered with ear pain for this long period and now may even have permanent hearing loss because they trusted a device over their own instincts, failed to recognize when a child needs a specialist over a more common child hood issue. We left November 2014.

Ive been bringing my kids here for the past three years off and on (we are a military family so we moved out of state). At first the service was awesome but slowly and surely it went down hill. Recently my child had a physical and Dr.Chang spent a total of five minutes during this visit. He walked into the room after we waited a long amount of time, simply said shes fine, addressed one question I had, and walked out. Because we have insurance through the military we are responsible for some of the bill. I reviewed the bill from that day and we were charged for things that did not occur during the physical that every doctor should perform. They charged us 350 for that five minute visit. Then my childs allergies flared up as they do every year and instead of refilling her allergy Rx they said I had to bring her back in, which made no sense, and I strongly believe that was financially related to nickel and dime people. They require you to make a physical exam appointment a YEAR in advance or you will wait months for one. I made the decision to switch doctors and we got a physical exam done properly the following day! They nickel and dime you, never have same day appointments open, expect you to wait weeks or sometimes months for simple appointments that are required, and their staff is rude. Every time you call you will be placed on hold for a minimum of ten minutes, the receptionists dont even ask you to hold they just answer and say Im putting you on hold, only for you to get there for the appointment and wait an hour to be seen for a few minutes, and their billing department is nothing short of a complete mess. Now we have a doctor that takes us the same day, spends actual time in the room with my children, doesnt charge for services not rendered, and has staff that doesnt chit chat amongst themselves in other languages in your face, and we are so happy to no longer be going to this company. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

The only reason why I giving this place two stars instead of one is because my daughters doctors is really good, professional, and answers any questions I have. But the office overall is a joke. My daughter has been going here for 1 1/2 years and it just keeps getting worse. At first things were fine until I tried to schedule an appointment one day and they had me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and they had me on hold for another 30 minutes. Another time is when i tried to get in contact with her doctor for more refills on her eczema medicine and the front desk advised TWICE that they will get the request to the doctor but they never did. A week passed and still nothing so i had to go online and send the request myself and it was available to pick up the next day. Lastly just recently last week they tested my daughter for lead which they found some and sent her to Labcorp for additional blood work. That was on the 19th. On the 21st I called them to see if they had the result, after placing me of hold for 15 minutes they hung up on me, and when I called back and got put on hold for another 30 minutes I decided to leave work early to go up there. They advised that they did not have the result and that they would call me when they did. A week later on the 26th I called them again about three result and they informed me that they still did not have the results, which I found out was a lie because they got the result a week ago on the 20th when I called Labcorp and asked them. Labcorp send the results again and they are still saying that they do not have them. The front desk and back office is completely unprofessional and when I come to my daughters health I do not have time for their games. She will be going to another pediatrician starting next month.
