I have been going to this practice for a while now and I love Doctor Sison and her regular nurses that Im familiar with. One is the Spanish girl who was at the front desk before and the other is the girl with the glasses who has helped me a few times They are caring and show concern and always greet me and the girl who use to be in the front always pays special attention to my babies she talks to them and has so much patience . However, I just want to point out several things that I have been noticing for the past few visits that Ive had with my children. For starters the nurse who called me in today was someone Ive never seen before and she didnt have a good attitude and despite my child crying she seemed to be trying to rush me to weight my child with no compassion of the baby crying, she barely had eye contact she was more concerned of writing in her paper than of my child. Then she proceeded to walk towards a room and disappeared leaving me behind to guess what room I was suppose to be in. I definitely dont want her as a nurse ever again. I also want to mention the front desk staff has changed dramatically the girls in the front arent very professional. As Im sitting in the wait room all you hear is their joking around,laughing, and calling themselves stupid. Ive seen the Spanish girl eating and drinking which personally I feel looks so sloppy. I honestly have experienced these behaviors with all my recent visits as I sit in the wait room. Whats sad is that they dont realize we (the patients) are listening and watching them. Its sad because this is suppose to be a professional setting and whether they realize it or not they are the first thing you see when you walk in the office and while you sit in the wait room. I wont take my children elsewhere because I love Doctor Sison and her regular nurses! I strongly urge management to revisit this location due to their front desk staff. I also did the review on google because I question whether doing your survey really is effective or manipulated. Todays visit pushed me to go forward and write this review.

I know its easy to complain about almost anything today- so I hope this doesnt read like the rest of the negative dribble floating around the Internet. We had high hopes for FCP when we moved to Orlando and began taking our kids there. Friendly staff, nurses, and doctors were all in line with our high expectations. No complaints there. The 2 star rating comes from the tardiness that has been a part of all our visits. Today we waited an hour and thirty minutes just to have a doctor review a wellness checkup. After no sign of the Doctor, and no communication about the delay, we just left. Apparently, we had been there so long it was now lunch hour time. I dont expect to be the only patient (customer) thats seen (served) in a day or even in an hour. But if Im expected to keep my appointments with you, I expect the same in return- Weve all got busy lives and schedules and waiting almost 2 hours for a 5 minute wellness checkup is unacceptable. Although the staff has been friendly, and the doctors knowledgable, I just cant afford to schedule an appointment, take time from other responsibilities, and then sit and wait, and wait and wait until Im so frustrated at the tardiness and lack of communication that I just walk out. Hard to imagine us ever going back.

I had a bad experience because when I call to make an appointment for my daughter I spent an hour on the phone waiting for them to answer and when they answered they hung up. I go to the office I take the appointment and when the day arrives she does not appear in the agenda because the secretary forgot put on the agenda. I say if they can attend and tell me not why I have to call the plan for change my doctor and give me the appointment for another day. It really is that the staff in the counter area are inept that they do not know how to do their job well.

Im not one to typically complain or write bad reviews but Ive had it. They make 8:15 am appointments, but open their doors at 8:17 am. Doctor doesnt come in till after 8:30 am. What is the point of telling me to come in at 8:15 am when Im not called back till after 9 am? Unorganized office. I will be switching to another Pediatric office TODAY.. Dont waste your time coming here.

THE WORST Pediatric office I have ever been to! I do not understand why an appointment takes one hour and a half (after the scheduled appointment time), when Im outside waiting before the MAs even get there to open the door and ON TOP of that the receptionist gets there 25min late. If Im on time for my appointment I expect nothing less of their employees. They should be on time.

Dr. Soon is an excellent. My issues with the front office receptionists. They either dont know how to use a phone or dont want to do their job. Ive called 3 times and today actually got the speak to someone placed on hold call was disconnected, call back again placed on hold call back another time and it sound like the phone was picked up but no one ever answered

Horrible experiences lately I had to reschedule my daughters appointment because my oldest was in the hospital for a seizure and no because I rescheduled the same day a couple hours before they charging me 15.00 unmm no Ill be definitely looking esle where too many chances given since the perssonal we were familiar with left.

They take way too much time to attend patients. You have to wait at least an hour in order for them to attend you. If you have a scheduled appointment you have to wait an hour to be attended by a doctor. The doctors are really nice and you get treated well, but the problem is all the time you have to wait.

I love this Doctors office my son has been going there for years now. They always remember his name and are very polite and speedy with his therapy paperwork! We normally see Dr. Lehoux and words cant describe what an amazing doctor she is!

Dr. Rosemarie Sison has been my daughters pediatrician for years. We follow her everywhere she goes. She is very nice, attentive, thorough and very kid friendly..We will miss her and hope we can find someone like her.

Put on hold forever and finally got disconnected !! What a scam!! Its been four days now trying for an appointment. No wonder they advertise same day appointments!!!
