My insurance company called this office and were told for me to call them right away to get an appointment for my 3 children. I called immediately and was on hold for 40 minutes before anyone even got on the phone and then was told that they were accepting new patients BUT would not give me an appointment. I was told to call back on July 12 to make an appointment. The person that answered the phone as well as the supervisor that I requested to speak to were nasty, rude and inconsiderate. I would NOT recommend anyone to this practice.

I am active military - TRICARE is my healthcare provider. I never met Dr. Mapa because the phone number associated with her - no one answers. I left my callback and no one called back. I stopped by the office and no one knew her. So, I replaced her with hopefully a responsive network. Customer/patient care happens early on. They failed this horrinly early on, so why would I trust them with my child!!!???

Never had issues with this office. I have even come on the wrong day of my appointment and they squeezed me in. Not to say they have the ability to always do that but it was great that they understood my situation. Girls at front desk can be a little nicer and polite but they do their job. Overall great staff! Docs always been very concerned and kind to my children.
