Kosko is horrible. He performed a tonsillectomy on my daughter. The next day she started bleeding. I went to the ER and her didnt even call to check up on her. Long story short she ended up going to the ER 2 more times (96 hours of ER). Finally the third time a different ENT had to cauterize the right tonsil again. Through all of this DRAMA I called the office three times and once they didnt call me back , once someone called me back 5 hours later and was rude to me addressing my concerns, and the last time I called I was going to the ER, my daughter bleeding, and the office called me the next day ( a little to late). Through the entire 3 weeks of recovery/ER.....NO ONE called me from Koskos office to check on my daughter.Kosko performs the surgery and then "Wipes his hands." My daughter was bleeding from day one and my day 10 of letting the bleeding go untreated she lose half her blood and almost had a blood transfusing. Kosko is a horrible doctor and your ability to call someone when you have a question is impossible. STAY CLEAR go to an adult ENT if you need to.

Fantastic! Dr James Kosko is the Dr. we were hoping to find for our son in Orlando. He didnt just jump in and say "Lets do surgery!" he sent us to other experts to ck on other causes of our sons disease and then when all the specialists agreed, he did a surgery on our son that changed his life! His office staff is always on top of things and very friendly. I drive from the east side of Orlando, about 50 mins away to get to him! Very much worth it! And he was a 2nd opinion for us to AVOID surgery! So glad we met him!

Doctor Kosko is an amazing Dr. he took really good care of my daughter on WED 3/15/2017 when she swallowed a nut that went into her lungs or large airways, he was able to perform a procedure to take this object out of her lung, thank God no more wheezing sound or hard breathing, she seems to be fine now after 2 days when the procedure was done. thanks Dr Kosko, you are a great person...

Dr. Gottschall is a waste of time and money. He should not be working with children. He makes no time to get to know your child or the family. He quickly comes in, cant seem to answer my questions, and then prescribes more meds. He tells us to come back and see him in 3 weeks as he hurries out the door to the next patient. I will be going somewhere else. Heidi K

This office is very rude especially Brandy she is very rude. This office is listed as a tricare prime provider for otolaryngology but states that they dont. I would advise that everyone to stay away.
