Sunshine Pediatric have been my childrens pediatric care for more than 4 years but that ends. Ever since Nurse Nurise left the pratice it has seem to go downhill. Although I love Dr. Rodriguez tremendously, the other physicians are not as caring in my opinion. Half of the staff look as though they dont even want to be there . My last experience was horrible, I went in for a 10am appointment for my baby 4 month wellness visit , mind you I live over an hour away. I got there at 9:30am, they called us into the back room and did the basics by 10:15.. then we waited till 11:15am!!!! Still without being seen by the doctor! I could not wait any longer for I had to pick up my other child from school, so I left. I also, emailed them regarding the situation .. I was highly upset that I drive so far not to have been seen or Not even to get an apology for the wait. No one called me back or emailed me back. All this doctor office seem to care about now is just $$$. 2 months later still never got a call back. Wouldnt recommend this office unless you can stand to wait hours before your appointment and put up with physicians who seem not to care.

We absolutely love LOVE love Dr. Rich and his Nurse Practitioner. He spends so much time with us each time we come. He doesnt just push meds unless you need them. He has the ability to test the blood right there so no unneeded meds will be given to my child. I would drive however far I had to, to see him. And I would come and self pay if he didnt accept our insurance. Hes THAT good. Hes so nice and informative and very understanding. I love how pro breastfeeding the office is, sporting their very own lactation consultant, Pat, who is also just a gem. I cant say enough good about this office. We were first time parents and so nervous and new to everything. BUT Dr Rich and his staff have made this transition so easy and less scary. Thanks, Sunshine Pediatrics. :)

Dr. Rodriguez worked and learned from the best Dr. Rodriguez Sr. my former pediatrician over 20 yrs ago and his father. Now my children can have the same professionalism and care. Great office staff with a beautiful diversity of people. My children were born in two different states on two different coasts and Ive had multiple pediatricians due to moving. Dr. Rodriguez is the best out of them all.

The front desk is very rude: Interrupts and can hang up the phone (conversation wasnt heated just a regular appointment set up). Does not greet or say good bye. Very disappointed that people with such a low manners work in medical field especially with children.

I saw the Dr and Thursday and instantly he made my son and I very comfortable. He was pleasantly jovial yet still very professional and answered all my questions. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Rich is incredible. We love seeing him, and we trust him completely. Its great that he has a lactation consultant in the office. This place is the best.
