I wouldnt recommend this Dr or facility to anyone. They are always rude when I come in with my daughter. Theres an issue everytime we go. Very unorganized office, papers everywhere. Just this past and LAST time I came in, the dr was on her phone almost the entire session! She asked irrelevant questions and did not address my daughters cough that she has had for months. Only thing she said was to get allergy tested. Really? Found a new Dr thank goodness. Saw her today and the first visit she gave us the right solution. Hope yall make the right decision. Do not take your child to Patel.

This Doctors office is a joke, the staff is all rude and make you wait forever in the lobby or room even if no ones there. To top it all off they dont upload your childrens shot records to the state database like all the other doctors offices do, they force you to pay out of pocket to obtain a record of your childrens shots. No other doctor does this! They are thieves and con artists. Needless to say there are plenty of honest doctors in the Volusia county area and my family will never again step foot in that doctors office.

Staff was very rude and condescending towards me as a single mother with two mixed children. We would have an appointment at 1pm and not have anyone come to our room until 6pm. They would change our appointments and not give us any notice until we arrived on "the wrong date." They were quick to dismiss any worry with my son. Several E.R. trips later and a new caring Pedi, my son is finally getting the care all children deserve.

I highly recommend Usha Patel as a pediatrician for you child/children because since my son was born she has been great with him. She explains everything in detail to you and if you have any questions for her she doesnt see any question as a dumb question. She is an amazing and kind doctor and is really good with kids. The staff is very friendly and has been very good to my son & myself.

They are ridiculously rude. They make you wait FOREVER in the waiting room and the exam room. The doctors have NO bedside manner and are terrible with kids. The last straw for me was waiting 45 mins in the exam room listening to them plan their Christmas party and fighting over what brand of alcohol to bring.....thats the kind of office they run.

They have no idea what they are doing with their medical billing and are extremely rude when you try to offer assistance and get them the information they need. They lied about sending out bills. Lied about insurance denying claims (they did not even submit). 0/10. Would NOT recommend.

First of all the place is disgusting and dirty!!! All around gross! 2nd the doctor is unprofessional never saying "excuse me" while walking out on my daughter in THE MIDDLE of examining her after we waited a while ! MAINLY THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING! doctor is very unprofessional
