My husband has been to 2 different doctors that cant determine what is going on with me so we attempted to try him regardless of the reviews about his horrible office staff. WELL we should have stayed clear all together as the office staff and nurses are EXTREMELY RUDE, they talk to you like you are no good and a child. He was told that if my symptoms of bleeding continued after his colonoscopy to contact the office and schedule an appointment immediately with Dr. Pardo. He contacted the office explained to them that his symptoms had returned and he needed an appointment right away. She stated he couldnt get him in till June, yet it’s May and hes having a severe flare up. She then transferred him to the Nurse which got him in with apparently the nurse practitioner which is not what he request but took it as he needed to be seen. He get back in the room where he had already explained all his symptoms to the nurse prior. The Nurse practitioner started asking him all the same questions. He explained that he just told the previous nurse all the information and she got EXTREMELY RUDE and said well you dont know how things work around here. REALLY? WOW! He simply said you dont have to be so rude; Im here because Im in a lot of pain. Once he said that she proceeds to get even ruder and talk down to him. In the mist of all this he told her that he had a picture to show her of his symptoms. She stated that she didnt want to see it as it will ruin her day and that it was completely disgusting. Are you kidding me right now? I thought thats what DRS are for, so he asked where Dr. Pardo was so he could see him because obviously she HATES her job and shouldnt be in this field of work. She started to then yell at him to get up and walked him out to the appointment desk and told the lady that he need to be reschedule as he didnt wish to see her.(which was never said) He simply asked where Dr.Pardo was, He then demanded to see the dr as he was right next door in the other room. The RUDE nurse went in to the room and apparently told him whatever because she came out and said he cant see you till June. As hes standing there bleeding? Are you kidding me? So he expressed his feeling probably in a way he shouldnt have but how much can a person take if they are being treating like complete dirt and simply seeking help for their Gasto problems. He then walked out and we will NEVER EVER go back. We will also be making an official complaint to the board for her medical license.

I appreciated Dr. Prados professionalism, demeanor and attention. I have no issues with his care which was excellent. That said, I have a major issue with support staff, and the Florida hospital portal. I had an incidental biopsy done during my routine procedure on October 11, 2016. Wondering about the result two weeks later I attempted to create a patient account 4 different times over 3 days to access my labs with no success. I then called the facility to inquire directly. I was routed to voice mail on 3 calls over a weeks time with no return call, to my knowledge. I actually had a human pick up the phone on November 14, 2016...34 days later. Dr. Prado returned my call within the hour, gave me the results and follow-up instructions. I have decided that will be physically going to the facility today to get written confirmation and procedural instructions. This lapse of administrative follow through by support staff is egregious and negligent. Why isnt the same level of attention that is directed to making sure you will keep scheduled appointments, and subsequent billing for same, given to patient care and follow-up? Fortunately, this is a relatively simple outpatient solution...its not an aggressive, life-threatening issue...but regardless, the support personnel have failed, in my opinion, to adequately discharge their responsibility.

I am debating whether or not to even make an appointment at this place. The front desk people and records department are rude, unhelpful, and by the end of our conversation on the phone, I felt uneasy and discouraged. I had a simple issue which they turned into something unnecessarily difficult. Another red flag is that this place was extremely busy when we went in a few weeks ago to fill out a referral form. FYI- you dont need to fill out referral forms and have the office make a request for these from your doctor. This can be done in a much easier fashion. Simply call your doctor yourself and they will gladly email the paper work to you thus bypassing referral forms and faxing. *I am shopping around for another doctor...

Very professional. Dr. Prado is very personable as well as good with his communications with people. He actually goes so far as to draw on a piece of paper, what is going on in your digestive organs. Dr. is of Filipino descent but if you have a worry that you cannot understand some doctors, Dr. Prado is NOT one of them. My husband does have trouble understanding some doctors (he is hard of hearing), so when you add an accent, it is very difficult for him. Dr. Prado has a wonderful bed-side manner and one can tell that he is spirit-filled and dependant upon our Creator (acting as Gods assistant, this is my take on him). I recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Sharma referred me to this doctor and I am so upset. He didnt spend but 2 minutes with me after I waited 1 hour. He didnt want to hear about any of my problems. He did my colonoscopy which was very painful. I am still having pain from the colonoscopy 2 weeks later and paying a 8000$ bill. His office staff told me that everything there is more expensive be because they are "hospital" doctors and that she is tired of everyone having problems with this. Horrible doctor. Horrible experience. Now I am broke!!!!

Dr. Prado is wonderful but it is impossible to see him due to the negligence of his staff. They do NOT return phone calls, ever. My husband was told by Dr. Prado to schedule a colonoscopy 3 months ago but we have yet to speak to the scheduler, Amy. We have been told by office staff that Amy is sick, busy, out of the office, etc. After multiple phone calls and visits to the office to attempt to schedule this procedure with no results, we are likely going to have to go elsewhere.
