Changed doctors recently because the other doctor was not listening to me. Dr. Monette was impressive fom the the first moment we met - Great doctoer with a great sense of humor - does not msoe you feel like you are in a catttle round up. Takes his time and always makes time to answer any and all questions. He handles himself were an air of confidence yet respectful - excellent memory of past visits - seems interested in you as a person as much as a patient - went there looking for a family doctor no need to look any further. On a scale of one to ten, he is diffently a 10.

I started with Ed and Kristy Magee when they opened their practice in Lake Mary years ago. Two very fine doctors with a focus on providing excellent health care. We were truly lucky to have them. Then things changed. Theyve since split the practice. Both now more concerned with money than health. Need to see them? wait 3 to 4 months. Need to ask them a question? Leave a message for the nurse and maybe theyll call back. Chasing dollars. Nothing "family" about these folks now.

I love Dr. Monette, he is great. I have been seeing him for a few years now. I ordinarily do not like male doctors....so at first he was only caring for my sons and my husband. Later a great family doctor I had was leaving the country, so I decided to see Dr. Monette also. He is really funny...and has a great "bedside" manner. He is also very competent and compassionate. He gives really great care.

Dr. Monette is a good doctor who takes the time to listen and doesnt push you out the door. The office staff is another story, some are nice but most are almost rude the way they talk to you. I had to talk to the office mgr once and she was very helpful. The front office is very small and crammed with folders... maybe thats half the problem.

Absolutely horrible. Was told 3 times over 4 days that my prescription was sent out and it never was. Then voice message told me it was at the office. Went to the office they said no it was mailed out. Still dont have it a week later.

Love this place! First time there everyone was so nice and smiling and my Doctor turned out to be a very funny guy. Now they seem like they care. I got everything I needed, and they even called to update and check up on me.

Our whole family sees and loves Dr. Monette. It is getting difficult to get an appointment with him because he is so awesome, but the staff does try to fit you in and, in a pinch, theyll get you in with another provider.

I love Doctor Monette! I have been seeing him since I was around 20 yrs old and im now 38... I moved to St. Cloud and I still travel to Sanford to see him... My dad and mom also now see him as well...
