I have been taken my son to this office since he was born I have never ever had any issue until yesterday was his last visit until he is 4 years old. they told me my son amerigroup was inactive. I NEVER GOT 1 CALL they even had the correct cell phone number when I out loud said my number the billing lady and the front desk confirm it was the correct one. I waited an entire hour got called to the back and in the room 2 ladys came in to tell me the it was inactive I work at the Fl Hospital I work for one of the biggest Doctor here your office even came to our office to speak to our doctor and present your services and brought lunch. We never EVER treat a PATIENT the way they did they made it there mission for my son not to get seen I work at the billing I show the lady that the MCD was paid I gave her the number she stated she called. I felt that all their hard work yesterday was for my son not to get seen again I work at the billing department and with MCD you can even back track 1 full year. when I got to the car I called the phone I gave the lady plus amerigroup and they stated they had NO RECORD of no one calling I even ask again are you sureI just left the office. they said NOTHING no call. the Doctor my son see she is amazing and her MA has well but your front desk and billing needs to be addressed on this you dont wait a full hour to tell a PT once we are in the room that we cant get seen I want to THANK YOUR OFFICE for treating us the way you did I will not be sending anyone to your office and I work at a OB/GYN where allot of mothers are looking for Pediatrics from me I will no longer send anyone over and I speak to all the pregnant patients that come in. I came in even told the Doctor and the office manager because we never ever do that to any of our patients even if it wasnt active you still can bill a full year with MCD but I was showing the lady that it was and she wasnt having it.

My family and I have been going here for the past 4 years. I picked them because of the proximity to my house as well as their pediatrician Dr Dolly who is amazing. She has been seeing my daughter and now son and she is always caring, listens to my concerns, gentle, knowledgeable and takes her time to answer all of my questions. I even forgot to send my daughters new insurance card with my husband for her doctor visit and I called and they told me I could just fax it over and they would take care of it. The person on the phone even waited on the phone with me to make sure it was received. I have been a few minutes late to my appointment and they dont turn me away but are very accommodating. Even the doctors and nurse practitioners I have seen have been great. Front desk is kind and always say hi to me and my children and interact with them. I have never had a bad experience and they have always been great. I dont even want to move because I dont want to change doctors. After being around to several different doctors this by far has been my best experience.

I have been going to CFP for 20 years. The staff and physicians treat me like their family. Through the years they have grown but have always managed to treat me like an individual. They truly care about me and my family from my father to my children and never fail to ask how they are. They amaze me with their attention to details. The front desk is friendly and the camaraderie is unlike any other. The nurses are gentle and kind and above all the physicians are marvelous. They are intelligent and insightful. They take time to listen and although my wait has at times been a little longer than I would have liked I have NEVER been turned away.

DO NOT GO TO THESE OFFICES IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE. THIS IS AN OFFICE WHERE DOCTORS GO TO RETIRE BECAUSE THEY HAVE MADE SO MANY MISTAKES THEY ARE NOT WELCOME AT ANY HOSPITAL IN THE ORLANDO AREA TRY TO MAKE E AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY TRANSFER YOU TO VOICE MAIL BECAUSE THEY MAKE ALL THERE MONEY FROM THE DRUG COMPANYS THAT ARE ALWAYS THERE PUSHING THE DRUGS ON YOU AND THE MORE DRUGS THEY WRITE AND YOU TAKE THE MORE MONEY THE DRUG COMPANYS GIVES THE DOCTORS STAY AWAY

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 2 hours. The doctor filled out the paper work i needed wrong so i had to come in a second time to get everything completed correctly. I was also told id have tests covered by my insurance and was later billed stating my insurance didnt cover it. Its not about the bill its the fact that they were so unorganized and unprofessional. I will NEVER come to this place again.

Run for the hills if you are self-pay. Paid in full is apparently never true. Keep all receipts, ask for written quotes, and be prepared to battle with the billing department. Ask for a line item list every visit. Great doctors and friendly staff but not organized at all.
