I cant believe the experience I just had and I didnt even get past the inital phone call. Dr. Gonzalez was appointed as my PCP through my insurance. For an entire month I attempted to reach his location via telephone but always got the answering machine which sounds like a home phone. Today I called and a Spanish lady answered the phone sounding annoyed. I questioned if this was the Drs office and she replied yea. As I was explaining my situation, Dr. Gonzalez took the phone from her and cut me off asking "what do you want?", in the midst of a very flem filled cough. I was so confused and asked if this was a real dr office. He repeated what do I want and as Im explaining to him that I need to see him, he cuts me off and says he doesnt take my insurance.. I never told him what insurance I have. He said he doesnt take any insurance and to change my pcp. I told him he was extremely rude and his reply was "well thats the way it is". Someone needs to look into this Dr. Immediately. Nothing I ever experienced before.

His name was also listed on my wifes insurance card and when I called him a woman answered the phone and when I started to explain my situation he must have been on the line listening, he interrupted me and was very rude, said he didnt take my insurance ( even though I didnt disclose my type of insurance) and he hung up on me. Im very unhappy with the whole situation.

staff is rude, doctor is even more rude than staff -5 stars do not recommend this place
