What Dr. Racine does is nothing short of a miracle. I have been going to Dr. Racine for a few years. He is the only Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor in the Orlando area that practices adjusting the Atlas. This was extremely important to me as I believe and it is proven that the body has the ability to heal itself once the Atlas and Axis are properly aligned. I suffered a severe L5/S1 disc herniation 10 years ago from a skiing twisting and turning fall. Over the 5 years that followed I had tried the cracking and popping chiropractors but still kept experiencing numbness on my right upper quad, toe numbness on my right foot. I have also been suffering extreme sciatica radiating from my right hip and could only sleep on my left side. I had heard about Dr. Racine from my nephew Dr. Mathew Wolfertz who is an Upper Cervical specific Chiropractor a couple years ago. So I asked him if he knew of a UC specific Chiropractor in the Orlando area. When I met Dr. Racine he took measurements of my head and neck and discovered my Atlas was out of alignment. My head wasn’t on straight. Once Dr. Racine adjusted my upper cervical my right foot which always pointed out to the right aligned with my hip. That was an immediate response my body made to the UC alignment. He had me on the road to recovery. After a couple layoffs from jobs I decided that I couldn’t make it to Dr Racines office. What a bonehead move on my part. Over those two years I degraded slowly over time to numbness in my upper quad. Toe Numbness, and just plain overall poor health. I also had experienced a rotator cuff tear and elbow tendinitis which was extremely debilitating and painful. 1 Month ago I started going back to Dr. Racine and he immediately started working on my problem areas. My right hip my right shoulder my numb toes and numb quad. In less than a month I can say toes are starting to come back my quad doesn’t go numb and my rotator cuff injury turned out to be a slight tear but mostly misalignment of the bones that make up the shoulder. Within 48 hours of Dr. Racine adjusting my right should my rotator cuff pain was 95% gone. I cancelled my MRI. My regular Doctor was going down the path of MRI and then Surgery. Thank you Dr. Racine that you in one visit turned that around from severe debilitating pain facing possible surgery to in about 48 hours after the adjustment to basically 95% pain free. I now realize the importance of regular body maintenance and regular chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Racine does not crack your bones. He realigns your entire frame. Dr. Racine is like the Auto Mechanic that aligns your front end so your tires don’t wear out. But he does it with your bones. He gently moves them to the proper and correct alignment so that your body can flow freely and the blood can circulate and heal the body. His approach is proven his technique is flawless and may I add not conventional in that he doesnt crack your bones but gently taps them to their proper alignment. There is no other Chiropractor in the greater Orlando area that does this kind of body alignment. He is the best at what he does and I highly recommend him. Im so thankful to have Dr. Racine as my Upper Cervical doctor!! Before I went to Dr. Racine, I was having lower back discomfort & problems w/ the arches in both feet. I was going to a chiropractor not far from home. My appts. were sometimes 2x a wk. & sometimes 1x a wk. or once every 2 wks. Every single time I went in to his office, I had the same symptoms. The Dr. informed me that this would take time. My symptoms would still linger & now Ive got pain in both arches of my feet. One morning, I got up & gently placed my feet on the floor & the feeling was like pins and needles in both arches. As soon as I could get to the chiropractor, I told him what I was feeling. He fitted me for orthotics ($100++), then I later got a 2nd pair to fit dressier shoes ($100++). After 1 yr. of no relief, I told my girlfriend & she suggested I see Dr. Racine. She is also one of his patients. I was a little nervous about going to another chiropractor, but I thought that I would give him a try. I met w/ him & had my consultation. I found out that Dr. Racine doesnt pop, crack or twist his patients, which I was excited to hear & curious at the same time! And he did an x-ray of my neck & head!! My chiropractor had not taken an x-ray of me all the while hes dangerously twisting, turning, popping, & cracking me!! My boyfriend went w/ me to review the x-rays. Dr. Racine told me I needed to get an Upper Cervical adjustment. He explained to me in detail what to expect. The machine never touched me, but a sound wave was sent toward my atlas and it is now where it should be! I immediately felt relief! I could feel my blood flowing through my body. As I stood upright & began to walk, I realized that I was walking straighter than I ever have! No more pain! I finally felt relief for the first time in probably 15 yrs!! I no longer have to wear the orthotics (shoe inserts/arch supports) for my plantar fasciitis! I also have never had an upper respiratory infection, nor have I had a sinus infection! And I no longer have constant lower back pain! I have only occasional common aches & pains due to my exercise workouts. Whereas before, I was unable to workout effectively with my atlas being out of alignment causing pain in my lower back. The problem wasnt my lower back, nor was it in the arches of my feet. The problem was my atlas being out of alignment. The solution: Upper Cervical care from Dr. Racine!! Thank you to my really good friend & to Dr. Racine!! Im so thankful to have Dr. Racine as my Upper Cervical doctor! Stacey F.

I have been an engineer in the British Navy for 24 years and over that time my body has been battered and bruised in the line of duty. I had seen a chiropractor back in the UK and believed that the crack and pop was the only treatment available. The treatments were always the same and I sometimes left in more pain than I went in with. I am now based this side of the pond and a family friend recommended Dr Racine who had helped them with their back problems. I was allowed to sit in on adjustment to watch and it was very different to what I had come to expect, so signed up straight away. My first consultation consisted of a set of x-rays and explanation of the treatment that I would receive, which I found interesting and explained a lot. Dr Racine took his time to explain any questions that I had. A week later after he had studied my x-rays and calculated how much my Atlas was out, I came back for my first adjustment, and this is done by using a machine to deliver a precise mechanical percussion sound wave, that feels like a "puff" of air to move the Atlas back into place. It was the strangest feeling after that first adjustment, I had never heard of the expression brain fog before coming to America. I had just got so used to the heaviness in my head that I thought it was the norm. Within minutes the brain fog lifted and I could feel the tension in my neck and shoulders melt away. Over the next month I had routine appointments to check on the state of my atlas and carry out adjustments working on other problem areas. And again this wasnt what I had come accustomed too, there was no cracking or popping of the neck and back, but precise "tapping" on specific points on the body. Id always feel better after an adjustment, the worst side effect would be tiredness or some slight muscle ache. That was 5 years ago. I return when I can for routine adjustments to keep me tip top. The lower back pain that I had for years is a thing of the past, I feel so much better and am very grateful for what Dr Racine has done for me. I have recently moved 30 miles further away, but I didnt have a second thought of looking for a new chiropractor, I just used the GPS to see the best route to his practice. I would highly recommend Dr Racine for your chiropractor needs, especially if you are concerned of the stories that you hear about crack and pop type chiropractors. His methods are non invasive and there is no need for a bag of frozen peas for the swelling after a visit.
