DISAPPOINTED. I am a Broward County employee and visited Dr. Dhams office late last year for a rountine cleaning. I was happy to have found an office near work. Staff was friendly and professional and the office was beautiful. The problem I had was that a new dental procedure was done which my insurance did not cover. Staff did not give me the opportunity to say yes or no to the new procedure, so needless to say, upon leaving the office, without my routine cleaning, I was presented with a bill that I was not expecting. After some arguing and discussion of unethical behavior, my bill was reduced, but I still paid more than usual. I was disappointed and left looking for another dentist. But that is not all. Upon finding another dentist in the Plantation area, I called the office and spoke to Samantha who was pleasant and informative. She kindly informed me that I had to pay $25 in order to get a copy of my x-rays. The only way I could by-pass the "administrative fee" was if Dr. Dham had referred me to another office and they were sending the x-rays directly themselves. In all my years of working and living in the medical field I have never been charged for copies of films or records. (I worked 7 years for Cleveland Clinic Florida and 25 years taking care of my son who has had 2 kidney transplants and awaiting his third. He has doctors here in Florida and in New York and not one of his many doctors have ever charged us for copies of his records or sending his records to his various doctors!). I am very disappointed in Dr. Dhams office and had to write this review. With so many dentists in just the Plantation area, you would think they would be more customer (patient) friendly.

First impression of the office was like no other! They offer coffee and snacks in the beautiful waiting area and have decorated such as no other dentist. The waiting area is as comfortable as my living room and they have candles lit around the office to create a wonderful relaxing environment. Ive been going here for about 3 years and they have never charged me anything I didnt consent to. Theyve done their best to accommodate in prices for when our insurance didnt cover 100%. The only gripe I ever had was they didnt inform me that it wasnt *exactly* 6 months since my last cleaning. So I ended up paying out of pocket for it since most insurances require a minimum of 6 months between cleanings. This was also my fault, but it would have been helpful if they had some sort of alert or consciously paid attention for that since its pretty typical. Like I said, I was responsible for that oopsy as well. The doctor is very nice, never pushy on things. The front desk, Jessica, has always been a highlight to our visit. Shes very friendly and knowledgeable in insurance coverage and procedures. The hygienists are give or take. One guy has consistently been inconsiderate (he no longer works there), but most are very kind and personable. This dental office is great. I come mainly because of the atmosphere they provide. Its very welcoming and has lots of personal, homey touches. Keep it up!

I am as dissappointed as the Broward County worker. Ive been to Westside Dental three times during the past four months, for two cleanings and one deep cleaning. When I first saw Dr. Dham she wanted to sell me some moldings right off the bat. The tecnician who did the cleaning wanted to sell me a another procedure, which I refused. The second time there the same thing happened. At this point the tecnician made the appointment himself without even consulting me. When I came in for the deep cleaning, a female tecnician offered me some antibiotics, which I refused. Upon completing the deep cleaning she went ahead and scheduled a follow up without even asking me first. She then told me I have to come for a cleaning every three months. Stay away from this office if you can. They are there to take your money whichever way they can. I decided not to go for the follow up and already found myself another dentist.

Fantastic Experience! If you are terrified of a dentist chair this is the place for you. Every time I visit Westside Dental Center Dr, Dham and her entire staff outdo themselves over and over again. I always think I have received the best treatment ever but they continue to prove me wrong. You will be amazed at how clean their office is and the many protective techniques they use to protect you as well as themselves. I am astonished at the thoroughness of their gentle treatment with minimal to no pain. I actually enjoy having my teeth cleaned by Dr. Dham and her hygienist. Yes, Dr. Dham will actually clean your teeth occasionally. Unbelievable! I give them a five star with pride and would recommend them to anyone. They make you show your pearly whites as you leave the office with a smile. Westside Dental Center! Wonderful experience!!!

This office is terrible. I called them and asked for a cost of dentures for my mom. Jessica (the office manager) offered a free free consultation and priced the dentures starting from $800. When I arrived at the office with my 85-year old mom, they showed me the bill for a "free" consultation" - $49 for a visit and $109 for Xrays (that they want me to agree to pay in advance). Eventually Jessica stood with her for $49 for the "free consultation", saying she never offered it. I asked to talk to a doctor so I could at least negotiate something with him. Jessica did not let me to talk to a doctor. I could not argue with them anymore and left the office with my mom. Looks like this office has crooked employees who only care about getting money and not keeping the promises. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.

Outstanding dentist!! Clean offices, professional, friendly staff, and a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments (though the wait was so short I wasn’t able to take advantage of them). I had been dreading seeing a dentist because I knew I needed extensive work, and previous experience with other dentists has always been painful and unpleasant. I am so glad I found Dr Dham! The experience was so pleasant and pain free I literally fell asleep while she worked in my mouth. That has NEVER happened before.. Most importantly, she does beautiful work; my teeth have never looked so beautiful. I cannot recommend Dr.Dham highly enough! 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Dham is an excellent Dentist with wonderful and knowledgeable staff. The Hygienist is very skilled and I love comming in for cleanings, which are very thoroughly done! Preventative care and pain management during treatment that requires it is done in the most gentle and least painful way possible. Ask any question and they will be answered by either the Doctor or the staff. I carry insurance that West Side Dental Center takes for my business and I recommend all my employees to go to Dr. Dham a few of them are now Dr. Dhams patients and are very happy with my recommendation.

This is an amazing office with very friendly staff, a welcoming office, and professional treatment. They only recommend what is necessary and what the doctor suggests. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Ive been coming here for years, and I couldnt say enough nice things about it. They always have appointments available and the front staff is very accommodating when it comes to checking your insurance, going over treatment, and scheduling appointments. The office has recently been remodeled and is bright and inviting
