I want to start by saying i dont have the best teeth, but i do what i can. 1 afternoon 1 of my vaneers broke off, i went to sage dental in cooper city and the dentist said i had to have 3 extractions, all front teeth and they were all vaneers. Needless to say another lady came in with a treatment plan. Just to save any kinda money i had to buy their plan. The next day i had oral surgery. I only wanted 1 tooth fixed. Instead i come out missing 3 and being in debt. Not to mention the plan i bought from them was supposed to involve 2 cleanings but the lady upfront said i would have to pay extra for them. Now im forced to wear a flipper and its pulling my remaining vaneer off. I went back to the dentist and his reply was im a dentist not a magician. Thanx so much sage dental for all the aggravation and leaving me in debt and a flipper thats pulling out my remaining vaneer. All for 1 broken tooth. And when i asked for the note to return to work the lady that takes care of the money was just rude. Seems like they got my money and want nothing more to do with me. I will never go back there or recommend this place.

These people are bad do not use them. They tell you that you need services that you dont need and then charge ridiculous prices. My son had a cavity and a very small one and they told us he needed a $450(after insurance) crown type procedure because they dont do traditional fillings anymore. They also charged us $40 for a cleaning service after paying my co pay of over $50. My insurance company called them and the office manager even told them that the balance is not owed by the patient. After two months I just paid it because I do not want them to send us to collections and have to deal with that. We have since change dentists and we are hearing just horrible things about Gentle Dental who is now Sage Dental. Our son had the filling at a cost to us of $50. In todays world it is such a shame that dental practices are allowed to scam people and get away with it. I guess that is why they changed their name..... I did report them to my insurance company. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from this company!!!!

The worse office ever! The staff are extremely rude and uncompassionate. The office staff are unhelpful and divert calls, avoiding complaints. Numerous messages left for the office manager over several months and to this date no response. I had an initial check-up which was a nightmare, the dental nurse was extremely unpleasant. The second visit was for deep cleaning, that I paid for in full according to the office staff. However, was sent a bill for additional payment. Was mis-informed twice about monies owed. If you decide to visit this office, make sure your treatment payments are made clear. You have in writing or recording of what the office staff say. Otherwise you will have collections on your back!

Dr Smith is horrible. She told my 3 year old who was at the dentist for the first time if she didnt open her mouth and let her see her teeth we were going to hold her down and open her mouth for her. Needless to say we wont be seeing Dr. Smith anymore . Very unfortunate because my familys been seeing Dean and Israel for years and they are the best but Dr. Smith has no business being a pediatric dentist because she is nowhere close to being caring and compassionate and has no clue how to work with small children.

I had the worst experience on dentist ever. Terry was making me feel so uncomfortable trying to up sell me for deep cleaning which I cant have now till Im pregnant. Make me bleed and never clean my teeth . I come home with bleeding mouth and brush my own teeth after I was on dentist for cleaning!?! So family plan for two free cleaning in year is a scan. So they can up sell you for 400$ deep cleaning.

Great experience with Pediatric Dentist for filling. The dentist we had been seeing would take several months to schedule a filling. I called Sage Dental and they scheduled the new patient appointment and filling for the same morning within 2 weeks of my call. I was nervous about going to a new place but Dentist was amazing with my 5 year old. My whole family will be switching to their practice.

Very welcoming staff, nice and clean office. I highly recommend requesting Haily Shuch as your hygienist. I have been seeing her for the last two years, and from the very first visit, she has been by far the best hygienist I have ever gone to. She will give you a very thorough cleaning! I can definitely see the difference in the health of my teeth since Ive been going to her.
