When I found this place on Google, I called them to ask if they accepted my insurance. They told me they did. So, I let them know that I wanted to get my annual exam and free cleaning and that I was most likely going to need a root canal done. I set the appointment for 3pm. A few days before my appointment, I received a call asking me if I could come in an hour earlier since I needed the cleaning and the exam that day. I needed that extra hour, as it was my only day off and I had other things I needed to get done. But, I agreed. Once I got there, they put me in the chair and informed that I wouldnt be able to get the cleaning because they were already booked. So, I set up the appointment for the root canal and the cleaning for 2 weeks from then. They were trying to sell me on other products and I felt as though I was being handed off from one chair to another for consultations. So, I set up my appt for the cleaning and the root canal. My benefits do not adhere to the traditional schedule. The roll over the first day of July. So, I was splitting a few procedures between the 2 periods. I got a phonecall from a lady to answer my financial questions. She immediately began arguing with me about when my rollover date was. I explained to her that Id already been in and this date had been established. Then, she tells me she needs to get my chart. Youre arguing with me about my benefits and you havent even looked at my chart?? She calls me back to tell me I was correct. Then, proceeds to tell me that they are out of network and their surgeon doesnt even accept insurance or will allow me to make payments. Dont you think this shouldve been discussed WHILE I WAS THERE?? So, after come careful calculations, I determined that there was no way i could afford to get my work done there. She proceeds to tell me how bad in-network providers are. This woman is trying to sell me on procedures that Ive already explained I cant afford there. Finally, I get off the phone. I speak with another dentist. They ask me to get my digital x-rays from Union. I call to have them emailed to me. Im told that their fax machine is down (Id need to sign off) and Id have to pay a $25 fee. The only saving grace was their initial exam for a new patient is free and is not claimed through insurance, so I still get an annual. I now have to get another exam less than a week later. This is the worst dentist Ive ever been to. I felt like I was in a high-pressure sales situation and they knew my finances were tight. They have no compassion. All they want is your money. The facility was nice enough, but the staff was awful.

I visited this office 4 times and each time I had a bad experience, but my last visit which was earlier to day was the worst. The first time I visited the office, I waited about an hour to be seen, when asked why I was told the office is usually busy when the doctor is there(not sure I understand what that means) and the nurse that took my x-rays made jokes that were not appropriate. The next time I waited about 45 minutes, then after being seen for my concultation I asked if there was a customer survey and I was loosely referred to google). Then on third visit, as I was sitting in the dental chair, I was made aware of some additional things that needed to be done that were evidentally overlooked during my consultation. Since my sister referred me to this dentist, I thought I would share my experiences with her. She was in disbelief because she has never experienced any of the things I mentioned to her. So on my last and final visit today, I spoke to, Im sorry, I made an attempt to speak to Dr. Green to voice my concerns. 5 minutes into the converstaion, he told me that he wasnt going to sit there and be criticized and he walked out!!! I never got a chance to voice all of my concerns, not to mention he was justifying the concerns that I did address. I think customer service is vital when you have a business. Dr. Green clearly LACKS TACT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

We love Coral Springs Dental Center! My daughter and I are both new patients to Coral Springs Dental Center and had appointments last week for cleanings and x-rays. I had heard about a new pediatric dentist, Dr. Steve who works for Coral Springs Dental. My daughter whom is 9 years old has had horrible experiences in the past with the dentist. In fact she technically has never made it through a full appointment. Dr. Steve and Jose, the assistant made her at ease right away. They were singing songs, telling jokes and laughing the whole time. She had full mouth x-rays completed, a cleaning and even a cavity filled all with a smile on her face. After going through many pediatric dentists, I am so happy to have found Dr. Steve. My daughter left giving him a high five and promising to floss, brush her teeth and use mouthwash! I also had an appointment for a cleaning and X-rays and was happy with the chair side manner I received from the hygienist Ana. She talked me through the whole cleaning and full mouth X-rays explaining what she was doing and ensuring I was comfortable. I was also seen by Dr. Shulman who was personable, upbeat and informative. Thank you Coral Springs Dental Center for the amazing treatment and see you in 6 months!

In November 2015 Dr. Green preformed a root canal on my bottom right molar. Following this procedure, I returned to him on several occasions complaining about severe pain. During each of these visits, he advised me to continue taking antibiotics even though I was already taking them for an extended period of time. During my last office visit, he filed down the crown and told me once again to continue the antibiotics. Because the pain continued, I finally decided on my own to see an Endodontist. The Endodontist conducted a CT Scan and found that Dr. Green had treated only three of four canals. The fourth canal was very apparent using 3D imaging, which he did not do. This untreated fourth canal had a massive infection. She also had to retreat the molar. My pain subsided almost immediately. I suffered in pain under Dr. Greens care for months with no attempt by him to refer me to a specialist. Why? Unfortunately, this oversight has resulted in a guarded prognosis for this tooth by the Endodontist. To make matters worse, Dr. Green never responded to my letter regarding this situation. Stay away from this dental practice.

Worst place ever!!!...my whole family suffered these butchers and crooks...I spent thousands of dollars for two bridges 24 months ago: everything is falling apart. Two days after they finished the 2nd bridge I started to feel horrible pain, went back and they said that they had to do a root canal in one of the two teeth supporting the bridge: they drilled through the brand new bridge, did the canal and filled hole with regular cavity filling...that filling came off and everything got infected; was in horrible pain and they couldnt see me on the same day because they were not doing emergencies that day....there is more disappointing stuff and malpractice I could go for hrs..almost forgot: in the middle of the root canal the dr left me for ten minutes with mouth opened and came back 10 minutes later stinking like cigarretes: the douche left his patient in the middle of the procedure for a smoke break!!!....just do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE...I gave them one star cause It wouldnt let me leave no stars at all
