This office is a joke!! I received service and didnt know that there was a problem with my insurance prior to going and nobody NEVER called to let me know and when I went in for my appointment, they didnt let me know at the time of signing that there was an issue with my insurance!! I received service and had to pay out of pocket for the service!!! It has been over 90 days and still NO resolution to this issue!! They filed the paperwork wrong and the claim was wrong! They blow you off when lever I called and letting them know they need to call Delta Care and get my claim completed!! They told me everything goes to their corporate office but I Google for their corporate office number and only locations came up NOT a corporate office!! This office takes your money and tells most clients they need crowns!! I think this is a scam and some only need fillings!! They make a lot of money putting crowns into people mouths!! I want my refund for payment and they keep giving me the run around!! I called delta care and they said the office coded the paperwork wrong and now another 2 weeks has passed and there is still no claim!!! I want my money!!! I want it now! Dont go there and need a refund for service out of pocket services! Ugh

dr. max is very caring ,talented and dedicated. that is where the good things stop the staff is inept, they cant file insurace paperwork properly of give answers they filed my claim 3 time all rejrjected because improper address, wrong codes finally had to do their job and file myself i specifically instructed to preaprove all procedures with insurance company first it took 1 year before they said i could come in for another exam and xray my 2nd then i get a bill for it . i waited 1 year for you now you wait for 1 year for me to pay if at all the staff really is poorly trained and badly managed at this office especially the ones working the counter it was like the 3 stooges comedy

Unprofessional operation since the switch to Great Expressions is my opinion. Customer service is poor - front counter woman is not personable and somewhat rude, staff in general does not communicate appt findings or treatment options well (or at all sometimes), and doctor/appointment availability is poor. What happened to customer service??? I am obviously a paying customer, but more than one of the employees Ive dealt with here seem to feel like they are giving out charity, and if I dont like it I can leave. Maybe this dental chain just feels they are big enough that they dont need return or referral customers.

Initial service provided was good - had a lot of work done. BUT .... a temporary crown came off and I called during business hours on Saturday, and they said there was nothing they could do to help me! UNREAL. I can wait until Monday, and take time off work, or they suggested I wait until NEXT SATURDAY. No provisions for emergency assistance - even during stated open hours of operation!!!

Total rip off... they steal your money! My Grandma went for a cleaning and they charged her for a deep cleaning on an initial visit. She goes to the DDS every 6 months. They wouldnt let her leave until she paid them 210.00. For this deep cleaning. They didnt explain anything and just rip the elderly off... BE AWARE!!!!!

Worst dentist office I have ever gone too. The gentleman I had was condescending, rude and not just to me but to my mother and little brother, then didnt want to give me my X-rays to take to another office for a second opinion. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Great bedside manner, explained everything that was going to be done. I didnt feel rushed and all I need to do was come back 1 more time because they started everything on the same day! Dr. And staff were great. I only had a little wait when I first came in.

Great experience. I got a root canal done and didnt feel a thing. The employees are very friendly, and really work with you. I recommend this office to everyone I know!
