This place is HORRIBLE. I had an 8:30 dental apt this morning for a basic cleaning. I specifically said I had to be out in 45 mins prior to scheduling. The assistant takes my xrays and leaves me in the chair for 25 minutes. No one says a word to me. At almost 9 a.m. I find out the dentist has not even made it in yet and that she is the one who does the cleaning. Is there any respect for my time? None whatsoever! I walked out! My husband had an appointment there last week and they told him he had a cavity. The assistant did the filling (is that legal?) and the doctor came in and repeated over and over "oh my God!" He had his mouth open and at no point did they ever tell him what was wrong. They do not treat their patients like people or communicate with them. They really should be running an animal hospital because you leave feeling like an animal. They do not even give you water to rinse your mouth out after a cleaning. Basic common sense like a staff member introducing themselves to you doesnt even happen. This place should be shut down.

Who can believe either post! The first post is what it is. The second is just a comment replying to the first and making it seem like the other person is lying. My experience there is the wait time is HORRIBLE! I went with my family to get cleanings for ten in the morning cleaning. We did not even get started until 1130. At which time my children and my husband sat in the chairs for at least a half hour before they were seen and in that time frame no one saw them. Then when I sat in the chair it was the same wait time. There was never an explanation why it was taking so long. However, when we were seen the staff were nice, including the md and when we left they did try to accommodate our schedule for follow up appointments. The issue we went in at 10 didnt leave till 2!

Llevo 10 anos yendo a mi limpieza de dientes, despues de intentar muchos lugares, y aleluya encontre a Lilliana es EXCELENTE, que me toca esperar? si, pero quien va a una cita al doctor y no tiene que esperar?, y el resto del staff es very nice, vale la pena esperar y lo hago porque salgo feliz.

The place is AMAZING!!! I have being a patient since 2006 and I had always have a positive experience . The doctors are great, the clinic is very clean , pretty and the staff is so sweet and professional. What else u can ask ?i had an appointment yesterday and the doctor came on time. She knows that I am very nervous person and she always is so patience and understanding. I HAVE NEVER seen an ASSISTANT doing the filing!! The DOCTORS ALWAYS DO IT" I dont understand how some people can lie!! I recommend this AMAZING place!

its great the orthodontist is very nice and cheerful but they do take a little long attending people..the waitng usually is 30 to 45 minutes
