My wife, Florence, was taken as a walk in by Dr. Cromer when our regular dentist wouldnt take time to fix a filling that he had dislodged. We are so grateful to have found Cromer and Cairns because we feel so much better with this practice and dentist than the other dentist we had. Dr. Cromer did not try to sell us on procedures and implants but rather was practical and caring. She filled Florences tooth immediately and Florence told me she felt totally taken care of and in competent hands. As a business owner for over 50 years, I judge that the team of people in that office are very well informed about their particular jobs and all seem to work well together. I was also taken care of as a walk in patient at that time.

At first, I was a bit nervous going to a new office/dentist. Just walking in Cairns/Cromer Dentals door, I felt relaxed and confident that this office was sterile and up to date! They continued to prove that I as spoke with Dr. Cromer about my needs. She was very personable and spoke to me in a way I could understand! I was very pleased with the cosmetic procedure she performed and my smile is beautiful. I have referred several people since my visit, including all of my family members. They all are very pleased they switched dentists - to get a more comprehensive evaluation and procedure(s). I would rate both dentists 5+ stars! Thanks Dr. Cromer and Dr. Cairns for making going to the dentist a pleasure!

I am so impressed with the TLC I have received at Cromer and Cairns. The staff is very caring, thorough, and most of all, professional on every level! They explained every step of the process before they started. They gave me any and all the information I needed to continue aftercare. They called me to check on me after an extraction I had. They made sure I had no pain during the procedure. I have continued to go to them for checkups and cleanings. Everyone there is warm and friendly. The offices and rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. It is so assuring to know Im in such capable hands! I my thankful that I found the best of the best, and I know anyone who walks in the door will feel the same way!!

Everyone at the office is very friendly and professional. The office itself is very clean and its a pleasurable experience. Jenny the hygienist does a great job and takes her time to answer all questions and explain everything. She is very gentle and makes sure you know what she is doing and that you are comfortable at all times. They do not try to do procedures just to make money like other dentists I have been to such as pulling my wisdom teeth when they dont need to come out. Very trust worthy!! Another bonus, they are on time :) I definitely recommend the office. You will receive excellent care, a wonderful atmosphere, and great staff to take care of you.

After not visiting the dentist for a few years and having just recently moved to Vero, I was a bit nervous about seeing a new dentist. My nerves were completely put at ease with an enjoyable visit to Cromer and Cairns. They even got me in the same day I called! Jenny is a great and thorough hygienist and the deep cleaning didnt hurt a bit. Dr. Cromer was just as pleasant as could be. Every member of staff offered friendly service and answered all my questions. Top notch facility all around.

Ive had great experience with everyone at this office. They are kind and understanding of your problems. They try to fix whatever your problems are. Ive gone back several times for adjustments with no complaints. I just had a new set of dentures made. Looks great and feels good Ive also had several implants. Which I recommend it does the job. And fit comfortably. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental assistance. They are conveniently located , and moderately priced.

I have had superb care in every aspect of dentistry from cleanings to crowns. The excellence of the office is carried on through every employee in the office. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A first class dental office in my opinion.

First of all, the office has people that are super friendly. My initial exam was impressively professional and complete. Everything that should be done for me was clearly explained, and I went home with a list, including prices for each procedure. I started today with a cleaning by Jennifer.
