The billing staff is very sketchy and do not have a list of prices. They change their prices depending on the clients siutation. If you do not fall for their tackticks they will ignore you and take care of a patient that does want to finance with them. The dentist staff and billing staff are not coordinated. I believe management truly wants to serve patients but their staff if ruining their reputation with their attitude and preference to clients that want to pay for expensive procedures. If you have too many questions they will give you attitude and roll their eyes. They act like they are hiding something. Management please find more friendly staff that are willing to answer questions without an attitude. AND that are friendly not only to Spanish speaking adults but young adults that prefer to speak English. That is why we took our implant services elsewhere. We will no longer do business here after this month.

i went last week to this office as an emergency i had a horrible tooache on my wisdom teeth . Dr krikorian is the best dentIST i HAVE EVER HAD IN my life and believe me I know dentists. Had problems with my teeth since I was little . he removed my wisdoms in 5 minutes i dint even noticed and they were out .. he is amaizing Im coming back for sure... he also does general dentist ... only seeing my xrays he advised me that another tooth needs a root canal , and its really true because that tooth was hurting already not as bad as my wisdom ...but u can tell when is a good dentist .. and HE IS! THE Staff was super helpfull the girls at front are super nice and helpful ... they help me with a pyment plan for my surgery and informed me of my dental benefits ... if you r looking for a good dentist this is the place to go 100 %

I have had IN THE PAST great experience with this group, i have work done with KIRKORIAN and he is the best at what he does HOWEVERRRRR these people like to be sneeaky in the billing process, you should always cross check with your insurance the copay becuase sometimes they charge you for things like GELFOAM that ins dont cover an ridiculous amount , fight that or go somehwere else. Lizbeth is great the others, not so sure the moment you question something the attetude and defensiveness is right there to greet you. The Dentist Nurse is AWSOME, dont know her name and the woman doctor there also great.... just CHECK YOUR BILLING!!!!!

I was honestly very disappointed with the service here. I made an appointment for 2 pm and at 2:30 pm after having not been attended yet, I asked if they can give me an estimated time of when I would be attended and was told that the dentist would not arrive until 3 pm. On top of that, I came to this dentist after purchasing a Groupon and was told that I would have to pay more upfront for the consultation that I had already purchased with Groupon. It felt like a total waste of time and a scam. I would not suggest this dentists office.

I have been looking for a good dentist for years and had not been able to find one near me that was a good place to go. This place is perfect! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The hours are very flexible for people with a 40 hr work week. Dr. Krikorian knows his stuff and is very nice and friendly. The ortho they work with, Dr. Ciro, explains everything and is extremely nice as well. I hope to have this place as my dentist office for many years to come. :)

Unos ladrones que no te dicen que el seguro no esta en la rede me hicieron una limpieza y page mas de cien dolares de copay es extremado en precios comparado con otras clinicas...

First of all dont ever come here, the staff is nice and all but with the billing theyre sneaky vampires. I came and talked about a molar replacement and we all agreed on the price, later on they started changing the price and wanted me to pay wayyy more of the agreement. Check your bills or go to a different place I highly recommend the second option. THIEVES!!!!!

Iam very happy with Dr. Garcia the way his been taking care of my husband and I really happy. i really really appreciate a lot and the staff its great specially kimberley the assistant for dr. Garcia and leidy from day one other staff is good as well but I also think front desk should smile a bit more. Dont look to grauchy!!! But Iam happy with you guys!!!!

I had the worse experience in my life with this people please dont ever ever ever go there! I came there to extract my wisdom teeth instead I came out with one broken tooth and more than 2000$ wasted and at the end never solve anything. They are the worst they just wanna take the insurance money! Please dont go there!

Have had a couple dental issues that could not been solved with previews dentist, also because it was too expensive but this is the 2nd Dental office I attended and I cant believe I didnt find it sooner. The front desk girls are super helpful,polite and patient.The doctors were also extremely helpful specially dr. Krikorian.you can discuss your problem with them and they are sure gonna come with a solution with the pain relief and payment plan as well. I do 100% recommend this place.

Eveyone at this location is amazing! its so hard to find a good dentist and a great staff here in Miami, but believe me, This is it! they will never let you down! I was referred to this location by a friend and I ended up bring my mom too. Id give them 100 stars If I could.
