Just before Thanksgiving in 2014, I had an 18 year old crown break off (FRONT TOOTH), and I was terrified. With family and friends coming in town for the holiday, I just didnt see a positive outcome for the short term... My day to day has me in front of co-workers and customers all of the time, my situation couldnt have been worse. The next morning, I called Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac a few minutes before they were even open, and they answered my call. Understanding my situation, they invited me to come in immediately to determine exactly what was going on and how to fix the situation. On arrival, I was greeted with such a warm reception and was taken to a chair immediately. Dr. Hiliali and her staff were so professional and friendly during the entire visit. Understanding the entire situation so perfectly, she came up with an immediate short term solution and presented me with multiple options for resolving my issues for the long term. I left the office on day 1 with my smile intact and options to consider. We decided to move forward with an extraction of a much degraded tooth and a dental implant. They offered much assistance with billing/payment, really taking a lot of stress out of an already stressful situation. After another preliminary visit with Dr. Hilali and Dr. Panahi, we set the date for the initial procedure and the process began. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and kindness, always ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied with everything along the way. Over the course of 5 months the process was completed and the end result is very nice. I have my smile back and Im completely satisfied. During this whole process I always felt like I was in very capable hands, and always felt a high degree of personal attention on every visit and every phone call. I even had unrelated visits during this time, trying to focus on prioritizing my oral health and hygiene - I had all of my necessary x-rays taken, had a full evaluation, and even got a good and thorough cleaning. Even the advice they were able to share with me to solidify my own cleaning procedures at home was very valuable. Im a tough critic with high expectations and I admit I am hard to please... My rating for Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac is 5 out of 5 stars, and nothing short of stellar. During all of my visits everyone was involved throughout at one point or another, I mean the entire staff. I would like to thank Dr. Hilali, Dr. Panahi, Krystina, Giselle, Lucy, and Olga for their professional expertise and their very personal attention. After this very involved process and its complete success, I wouldnt even consider going to another dentist, anywhere. I will be there every 6 months for my check up and cleanings, and if anything pops up, Im sure they will be able to handle it without issue. I am once again whole, and can smile without reservations. HIGHLY APPRECIATED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you so much.

Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac is a practice that brings together excellent customer service with personalized patient care. I have been going to Dr. Manal Hilali’s office for a year now. I have had several procedures performed and I am very satisfied with the care and the results that I have received. I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist or has not been to the dentist in a long time. Whether you are afraid of the drill or of the bill, Dr. Hilali will put you at ease. Dr. Hilali and her staff practice the art of gentle dentistry. Your comfort along with excellent results is their top priority. Dr, Hilali takes her time to explain to you the procedures and what you can expect. I actually relax when I sit in the dentist chair! Dr. Hilali’s office also has the most current technology which in turn saves you time. The staff at Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac is outstanding. I am not just another patient or a number. When I walk in the door for my appointment, I am welcomed with enthusiasm and greeted by name. My appointments are always kept on time. Dr. Hilali and her team are the most patient and reassuring dental team I have ever encountered. When I first went to them, I had a terrible gag reflex and anxiety so it was hard for me to even do a cleaning. Ive had other dentists turn me away because they dont have the patience to work with me. Gentle Dental of Tamarac has been a blessing to me because they helped me to overcome feeling self-conscious about my fear and gag reflex. Aside from the warmth and support Ive experienced, they do truly beautiful work. I had crowns on my two front teeth and they are perfect. Thanks to Gentle Dental, my confidence going to the dentist has drastically improved and even more, I am very pleased with my dental health and smile. Thank you all so much!

I dont think anyone has more anxiety than I do with dentists. I needed two broken teeth extracted, and they were full of infection. After getting the infection under control, Dr. Hilali did everything to make me comfortable. She prescribed a sedative for me to take right before my appt., and I had nitrous. Trust me, had I been anymore relaxed, I would have been jello. She numbed me COMPLETELY, and if had a sore spot...shed hit it again with novicaine. Ive never had a better experience EVER with a dentist. Dr. Hilali is magic. Seriously. Dont even consider going to anyone else. She IS the best! And I should also mention...her entire staff consists of nothing but angels.

Dr. Hilali was on maternity leave when I first went to the office, so I was seen by another Dentist who was filling in. She was nice, but does not compare to Dr. Hilali. Dr. Hilali is so kind AND gentle. I had quite a bit of work done before with the other dentist and quite a bit more today with Dr. Hilali, and the experience today was so much better! Shots of Novocaine are never a pleasant experience, but Dr. Hilali made it as good as it can get! I have had mosquito bites that were more painful! I can now say....I LOVE MY DENTIST!!!!!! I told her so and she said that I made her day......well.....trust me.....she made my dental visit pain-free so she made MY day!

Everything is modern and very up to date. The staff are so nice, respond promptly, and are very professional. Every time I come in, they know me by name and they just welcome me so warmly. They dont treat you like "just another patient". They really try to get to know you like their own family. The dentist, Dr. Manal Hilali, promotes proper dental education and answers questions so elegantly anyone can understand. As the name says, they really are exceptionally gentle during procedures. I had some cavities and they had to drill, I couldnt FEEL A THING! I was so impressed the first time I went there, I kept coming back. I am now a regular. Strongly recommend!!!

Dr. Hilali is the BEST, most gentle and most HONEST dentist I have ever met. I was a regular customer ever since they first opened up the practice and I knew she would be my dentist for life. The reason I am giving them 4 stars (and not 5) is that I had the displeasure of visiting them when Dr. Hilali was out on maternity leave, a couple years ago, some other lady saw me who was more interested in upselling me every dental service that exists rather than giving me the cleaning I was scheduled to receive. I was furious that I left work for that. I even yelled at the very nice girl at the front desk. I have not been back since.
