Disculpa pero mi experiencia con ellos no a sido grata a pesar de q son amables, mi historia es la siguiente. Llegue hoy con mucho dolor x la muela del juicio y estaba muy inflamada mi encía y con infección, ellos me dijeron q tenía q extraer la y ps yo con tanto dolor acepte y ellos me dijeron q mi seguro dental no lo cubría.. Yo me sorprendí... Pero bueno acepte pagar los $400 dólares, al final no pudieron sacarla x q la anestesia no agarro debido a la infección, entonces me manipularon me torturaron y me fui a mi casa con antibiótico y q volviera en 8 días... Solo pague $200.00 cuando salí llame a mi seguro dental y ellos me dijeron q Si pagan todo q yo solo pago un coopago y la anestesia, bueno la oficina Dental dice q mi seguro paga muy poco y q ellos como es una extracción y q x los nervios y q es muy delicado q ellos tienen un fee y q es de $400.00 dólares.... Mi Seguro dental trato de hablar con la oficina y la recepcionista Natali les dijo lo mismo pero mi seguro trato de explicarles como funciona y aun así no supieron q decir , solo dijeron q si no estaba satisfecha q ellos me referían a otra oficina y q me devolvían mi dinero... Y a la representante de mi seguro le dijo q como se hacia para removerse del network del florida blue cross. Ahora llamo a la oficina Dental y ya la chica tiene otra actitud.. Les dije q quería mi dinero y q mi seguro me refería a otros médicos cirujanos dentales... En fin aun no se en q terminara.... Pero ellos no pueden hacer eso de querer cobrar más x q el seguro Dental paga muy poquito a ellos... Si ya tienen un acuerdo con un seguro dental , me parece q es ilegal pasar sobre un acuerdo. Pero bueno ya q la doctora no me llamo, voy a tener q ir a su clínica y aver q me dicen.

I hate going to the dentist and I always need extra motivation to go. But the doctor their is sooooo nice and treats you so special. She played my favorite music for me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was honest and delightful. The entire staff made me feel calm and comfortable. Not only that but she made my teeth look so good I cried at the end of my appointment because for 29 years I struggled smiling due to my insecurities. This was the first and only dentist that was able to truly allow me to smile and Ive literally been happier ever since. I def. recommend her and her prices are very affordable for the high quality care she performs. Thank you!!!

Vi un anuncio en groupon de elite dent anunciando zoom whitening por 99 lo cual me parecio muy buen precio. La dra muy amable no muedo quejar. Pero el gran problema es que la maquina blanqueadora no es zoom es otra marca Ibrite se llama. No es zoom!!Mis dientes No aclararon casi nada. .

This office is awesome! I cant say enough good things about the dentist and the staff. Every time you come in you feel right at home. I am currently doing my braces at this office and the improvement has been spectacular. I highly recommend anybody in the area looking for a great dentist she does cosmetic and regular dentistry. You will love this office.

SCAM!!!! They couldnt set up an appointment until AFTER the 90 day cancellation deadline. They told me I could cancel it and when I tried, AMEX told me they responded with the 90 day rule. TOTAL SCAM!!

The office is clean, modern and equipped with top of the line technology. The dentist and her staff are awesome and you can tell they really care about their patients!
