They are more about the fashion then the passion the staff is a joke and inexperienced Lets start off with i had pain w ent and saw my dentist she didnt see anything in xray gave me antibiotics and told me to f/u with specialist (provider language for idk crap about whats happening) lomg story short i woke up the next morning with my eye and face swollen and went to er of course i called my dentist first but got no response Long story short i had to have an emergency facial surgery to take out an abcess in my maxilarry bone that turn my faxe into cellulitis i could have lost my eye thank you denistry by design calling me next afternoon to return my call my surgeon told me to never return to this provider so be ware all.... this place is horrible they dont know what they are doing this might just save your life Response below is great .... Unfortnatley this was my fault. ....nice Fyi i contacted specialist while leaving office they wouldnt schedule because they needee my xrays i called off imdiatelty to say what was nneeded and your recptionist was rude to tell me they should shedule me it will be sent over and to call them back which i did and they said no i had to wait till received my xray so back and forth. Blah blah blah plplease mr nino explain how this was my fault and how i didnt. Follow through less then 24 hrs later i had emergency service once again it seems everyone in this office wants to make it look good but has actualy no idea in what they are doing .... People this review is to save you from the pain and suffering i went through

I was given an appointment for a cleaning on 7/5/2017. When I arrived, I was told the hygienist was on vacation. After meeting with the Dentist, I was informed that I needed a crown and a bridge and I agreed to have that done. When the temporary bridge came out on 7/16, I called the office to make an appointment to have it glued back in. I was given an appointment on 7/21 to see the dental tech to have the bridge reglued, because, this time the entire office was on vacation and the tech needed to be called in from her vacation. When I accidentally swallowed the bridge the evening of 7/20, I called the offices "emergency" number on 7/20. I have not yet heard back from the office after calling to explain my dilemma earlier this morning (7/21). In my case, at least, Dentistry by Design doesnt even deserve a "1" rating, but I wanted to get this information out before anyone else is victimized by their inability to handle emergency situations at all, to date.

I did not have insurance at the time so I spent over $1800 to have all the problems in my mouth fixed. They messed up everything. My temp crown fell off because it wasnt properly fitted. A filling came out while I was flossing because it wasnt done properly and now 1/2 my front tooth just came off because they screwed that up too!! I would call them thieves. Now that I have insurance I will take my business and my half a tooth elsewhere. I DO NOT RECCOMEND, the one star they do get is for Bernice at the front desk and a wonderful hygienist.

The office staff is so sweet and they took the time to explain everything to me. The office was so clean and the young lady at the front desk offered me something to drink and it was a very nice environment. The young lady who took me back was very nice and comforting and explained to me it wouldnt be painful at all since Im really scared to go to a dentist. The experience was amazing and the girls are wonderful!!! The procedure was quick and painless!!!

As a patient, I would like to let know others how professional and kind is everyone in this practice. I know it is hard to find a good dentist, I did a research and tried a few but I never felt completely satisfied until I found Dentistry by Desing. Their brand new office in Jupiter is amazing! I love Dr. Boscios job and the way she treats people.

If i could put a 0 rating I would!!! When i got to the RUN!!!! office the employee was arguing with a client (very unprofessional) then she started working on me and never finished! Who does that? Anyways she was very short with me and rude! Would not recommend eapecially if you are nervous when it comes to going to the dentist!

LOVE Dentistry By Design! The facility is gorgeous and feels more like a spa when you walk in than the dentist office. The staff were so sweet and joked with me as I waited, and my cleaning was done comfortably and promptly. I would recommend them to all of my friends who want an elevated dentist experience!

Had two molars extracted ... Dr. Mojgan Salehi made the procedure as pleasant as it could be ... almost fun if an extraction could be thought of in that light ... in any case, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the staff and Dr. Salehi ... thank you all at Dentistry By Design.
