The front desk awesome! Owner and Assistant horrible. Their attitudes very unprofessional. Especially the Assistant. She was just mean and angry. Maybe having a bad day. Owner doesnt know how to talk to people. Not once asked me why I was upset and walked out.. just told me what she thought was the problem and try to justify on behalf of her assistant with out letting me get one word in. Word of advice to OWNER: if you were NOT there, you should ask the upset patients why they are upset FIRST. Then tackle the problem. Dont assume you know. Things you thought I was angry about wasnt the main problem.. yes upset me but not as much as the attitude your assistant gave me! Because of that I will never come there! I wont come on here and tell people not to come.. because my experience is not always everyone elses experience! I know people have bad days but leave it at home or call out sick! Thanks for wasting my morning. Glad to know you respect my time which I dont have a lot of!

The staff at Welleby Family dental is friendly and show a genuine interest in me as a patiant. I have never been a fan of dental offices or any medical office for that matter. But they made my experience as simple anf easy getting a haircut. Dr. Juma took the time to go over the process with me and help me understand the reasons behind my condition and how will we take care of it moving forward. I used to absolutely hate going to the dentist but the staff at Welleby Family Dental has not only been accommodating, but extremely kind and understanding. I had fairly obvious enamel damage for 16 years and Dr. Juma gave my smile a complete makeover. I actually cried upon seeing my new pearly whites and now I smile with confidence. I hate the dentist but they made coming here a great experience. First Alicia greeted me with a smile. The doctor made sure to explain all of my treatment and Sandra was very gentle taking my x-rays. I have already sent patients their way!
