Healthy Life ASAP

We sent our daughter to them today and and now we have a bill of $1,095.00 that is not covered by our insurance company. Any doctor office, when providing services not covered by your insurance, should notify you immediately before doing any work. ESPECIALLY if the amount is as high as $1K. Atrias only defense was that our daughter was 18 and authorized the services. Excuse me? You spoke to me today and yesterday to get my updated insurance information and you could not call me back to discuss pricing with me???? Rose even made a statement that my daughter stated that she gave us the pricing. We told her that we did not receive any such pricing from our daughter. Rose replied, "Well shes saying she gave you the document." She constantly added this to her "shes 18 and can authorize service." However, when we spoke to our daughter, she said that she didnt tell Rose she gave us the pricing, as she never got a pricing treatment from Atria. She also stated she didnt sign anything. She said she tried to correct Rose (but Rose was not listening to her) and tell Rose that she only received a prescription and information on the pain medicine, but never a treatment plan. She could hear Rose telling us "your daughter said she gave you pricing," and tried to correct Rose as she was talking to us. Wow, such a learning lesson; as all doctors always thoroughly discuss whats covered and whats not covered by our insurance company. We read reviews regarding pricing, but because the place is so clean and they came via a recommendation, we wanted to give them a try. We told them that we had not authorized anything and was not paying and to not bill us or put the payment in our files. It is simply common courtesy and a way to do good business and build a great reputation to fully communicate pricing to the parents that have the insurance policy. Rose agreed to not bill us anything; after a 20 minute conversation of her constantly/repeatedly telling us "Your daughter is 18 years old and she said she gave you the paperwork". Yes our daughter is 18 years old and our daughter stated that when she said "paperwork", she was talking about the prescription from a previous visit. Sad, sad, sad. Luckily my daughter stated that she never signed anything. So bothered because businesses do not need to do this to consumers. Because they are not charging us, I perhaps should not write this review. But I rely on reviews of others and thought you should know our experience. Perhaps the dental office can learn as well. In summary, if you do not have a young adult that makes visits on their own to the dentist and if you will be proactive in knowing all charges before any work, then great clean place. We unfortunately will not be returning.

I cannot say enough about this practice. I had been a patient of this office and have left because of issues... it wasnt until, through word of mouth, I was prompted to return for service. The changes that I have experienced since Dr. Molina has taken over the office are superlative. The service rendered, the staff involvement and care, Dr. Molinas care of my needs, have been OUTSTANDING... Definitely a doctor to be recommended and commended... Thank You Dr. Molina...

I recently had a dental checkup and cleaning done at the Atria Dental Health Center. It was a very pleasant experience. The waiting time to be attended to was very short and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The professional staff including the hygienist were a professional group who made me feel comfortable while the procedure was executed. I would highly recommend the Atria Dental Health Center to anyone looking for dental assistance.

Front staff great, Dentist was nice but for the first check up he barely touched my teeth to examine and the exam was short. When I received my treatment plan, I was suprised with the additional costs and fees that were being tacked on to justify my dental insurances low fees. The Patient Coordinator could not explain and she did not return my call. Very hard to get a next appointment, usually the following month.

Atria Dental is an awesome dentist place to go. The Dental assistants where super nice and gentle. The Doctor took his time to explain everything. The girls in the front desk are super sweet, they helped me to do all my paper work and find the best way to have my treatments done at an affordable price. Completely disaapointed and dissatisfied. If you can go to another office, do not waste your time on this one. They dont value you or your time. I got an emergency appointment at 2 pm. AFTER MORE THAN 2 HOURS WAITING, I left the office, because i was tired of waiting for the doctor to come back to see me. When I left, they even did not apologize at all.
