Be prepared to WAIT. I was the first appointment of the morning and I was in that office for over 3 hours. This was not even my actual appointment. It was the "consultation". The staff was friendly while I was there however I was not happy that I had to take so much time off work for a consultation. I did not get my teeth cleaned that day. I booked my next appointment to get my teeth cleaned and one of my front teeth needed a filling. I had to pay for all of these services during the consultation appointment. At the time I tried not to let it bother me. I was just happy to get an appointment before I was leaving on a two month vacation out of the country. This office is so out of the way for me. I live in Kendall but my mom recommended this office to me so I went. The day before the actual appointment I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. No issues. The next day, I drive all the way to Homestead for my appointment. The doors were locked, the lights were off inside. I called several times and no one answered. No one was there. I waited outside for 30 minutes to see if maybe they were on lunch break and someone would be back soon. No one showed up. Luckily this was on a Saturday so I didnt have to take more time off work. I left and called them on Monday. The woman on the phone argued with me saying that she called me to leave a message that they will be closed on Saturday. I received no call about this. Only the appointment confirmation call. When I asked what phone number she called, she gave me my emergency contacts phone number (my mom). No idea why they would have called her instead of me. My mom was very busy that weekend and missed the message. They did not have any appointment available before my vacation so I had to leave without the filling on my FRONT tooth. I asked for a refund and it took almost a month to get my money back.

I walked by Altima dental one day... Then made an appointment. I had to cancel because I couldnt make it. they said they couldnt see any one after 12pm... Then when I finally made it to the appointment which was at 11am I waited for over 1hr.. They still had people at 12pm and many more coming in. I was surprised. Once they took me in at first they were nice to my daughter but immediately my daughter became a challege for her she called someone else who was less sensitive. My daughter just turn 3 is very senitive to noises. Right then I new the lady didnt have patience. She was afraid! they took the x rays and then she needed additional one for the molars. It was horrible long story short my daughters ended up with a cut because they used an instrument to force her mouth open and careless of my daughters gaging and crying.... My worse experience ever.... Will never go back. They notice I was so upset they called me after i took my daughter to clean her up and peed on her self because of the whole situation.... They lady in charge tried to convince me for another xrays... And when the doctor said that those were enough she immediately imput in her system and gave me the paper to sign...I signed...and When I asked what can I used for the cut she was soo rude and said if she keep touching it, its going to get worse it should heel by itself... The worse place ever.

Dentist was great and my appointment went well...until I received an invoice for $50 a year and a half later for a "Missed appointment" that was never made. Then when I called them to let them know I never made another appointment, they then said it was a balance that my insurance didnt cover (the invoice states "missed appointment) Nope, nope, nope. Something is fishy. On top of that, they also mailed me another patients info down to her social security numbers, address, DOB the works! I wonder where they sent my info? They blamed the mix up on the "corporate office" and assured my info was not mailed out. Yea sure. I wouldnt step foot their again. They are a hot mess (paperwork wise) I really liked the female dentist though!

Poor customer service. Long wait periods to be seen by Dentist. Extremely long wait periods to schedule appts. Pediatric dentist only available 2 days a week, only in the morning. Majority of children have to miss school since you are there for hours. Lack of concern for patients and their needs. No etiquette for speaking with customers. As I was told, " We didnt need to schedule you in, we were doing you a favor". I could go on and on with the list of poor services that I witnessed during my 3 hour wait. Dissatisfied, unhappy customer and yet my child never received treatment. I wish I could charge a penalty fee for missing appt. The entire staff needs to be trained on how to provide quality service to ALL.

Do not go to thiDo not go to this Dental Center. They overbook appointments; extremely long wait times. Not only will they pre-bill you. Unlike other medical offices or dental offices they will NOT call you a day or two before your appointment. They hope that you will NOT show up and collect the fee they have already collected from you. They are extremely unethical, rude and uncaring. I have been going back and forth with them trying to get a refund for the fee they pre-collected from me. Now two weeks later they have refunded a partial amount of the fee. DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER. s dental center!!!!!

I have been going to this dental office for the pass 7 years and my children always leave happy. Theyre always looking forward to their adventure to the dentist. Many children are afraid of going to the dentist but this office atmosphere always made my children comfortable. I love coming here and the staff has always been friendly to my family and I. I never had an issue here with billing or treatments, and their prices are affordable. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a place that is trustworthy.

This place has great customer service from the front staff to the dental hygienist. I always go to my appointments during my lunch hour and I am able to make it back to work in time. Christie and Chantel are awesome! Also Ivette, the manager always does the best to accommodate your situation. Dr. Lekkas is attentive and will answer any questions you may have. I personally have had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone !

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service I cant state that enough phone system is HORRIBLE, receptionist HORRIBLE, customer service HORRIBLE, phone etiquette HORRIBLE, manager HORRIBLE ask to speak with a manager was put on mute for hold @12:59 at 1:13pm someone comes on the line not a manager to say the manager is giving a treatment plan to a patient I cant even take these people serious please stay away NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL NO ONE. SMH
