Absolutely horrible experience, avoid this location at all costs. I never place reviews, and it takes serious problems for me to put my name and reputation behind negative comments online. I visited them 2 months ago for cleaning, checkup, and assessment. They began with xrays, and the dentist came in and gave an assessment of where I have cavities, where any work to be done will take place, how much time and money each location will cost, and how soon this work can begin. The total estimate was about $1400, conveniently just above my total out of pocket coverage. I said id like to wait and consider, and they sent me home without even cleaning my teeth. I essentially paid them for a cleaning that I never got, and they took that opportunity to try to up-sell me at every turn for services I may or may not have needed. For instance, I had a small cavity on my far back bottom tooth, and instead of drilling and filling, they of course advised i get a crown, which would have removed a significant portion of my remaining healthy tooth to attach. Weeks later, I asked them to send my xray records to another dentist, which request they repeatedly ignored, until i had to go there in person, pay $25 dollars for them to email me a PDF file (file handling charge), and which they did not send as promised until I called and harassed them to do so. I have never encountered customer service, unethical business practices, and blatant billing for services not rendered in a professional environment of this type and again strongly advise never doing business here.

Terrible experience. They are a group of frauds there. Nickel and dime you and use body language with one another while your sitting on chair to communicate what each department should do. For example they will tell you to see the "Gum" Specialist, than that you cant do a regular cleaning and you need a "deep" cleaning and that your insurance doesnt cover that. and on and on... they charge your cc for visits and its a big scam. Read there reviews and see all of the similar stories. Dr Carolina Garces is the big liar and she likes to play the innocent card. Elizabeth the front desk ape is basically the "YES" girl of the center. She plays dumb, sends your call to vm if you keep calling and tells you she will call you back and never does. Shes a moron. Probably a failure and needs to lie to people to be a successful "front desk" clerk in life. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! FLORIDA DENTAL ASSOCIATION is aware.

Let me just say that Ive never liked the dentist, and have always had a bad experience with them. That is before I found Great Expressions. This time around, after going to 4 dentists that wanted to do work I didnt really need, and charged me an arm and a leg, my friend recommended Great Expressions to me. My search is over. I will not be going to any other dentist again. Im so happy I found them! They worked with my insurance (which the other places didnt) and they also didnt want to do work that wasnt necessary. My teeth were horrible when I came in, and the staff at Great expressions did an AMAZING job! I love my smile again!

My son was home from college and had a cracked molar. Our regular dentist in Weston was out of town, so we went to Great Expressions instead. The staff was both friendly and professional. At no time did i feel like they were trying to up-sell any expensive additional procedures, which it seems is a very common dental office practice. As a result of the quality experience and professional work they performed, our old dentist across the street has lost our business to Great Expressions. Im sooo glad we found them!!!!!!

Painful. They just want to do a lot of work on your teeth for no reason. They want you to come back multiple times. I swear they filled a cavity that wasnt even there. Never had such a bad time with a dentist. Never been unhappy with any other dentist ever. They just want money.

VERY EXPENSIVE. They said that my dental insurance would not cover my treatment and I paid U$ 1,000.00 out of pocket. After 03 months, I contacted my dental plan and I discovered that Great Expression Dental only sent the basic treatment bill to my insurance.
