The whole experience has been terrible. my siblings and I had gone to get our wisdom teeth taken out, at around the same time, now years later after I paid the whole balance they keep coming to me saying that I still had a balance. I call again and get it all straighten, a balance that I finished paying to find out that they were billing me for something that I did not even had done. Now, when I make an appointment for a regular visit, I made sure to ask if I still had a prior balance on my account, they telling me that I do not and make the appointment. Now, on the day of that appointment they are telling me that I still have a balance and that I do not have an appointment, What load of bull. The lady keeps asking me if I am sure I made the appointment, and that they cannot make an appointment till I have paid the balance, which I already did pay. How the f**k do I still have a balance and shes giving me an attitude like it is my fault that I do not have an appointment and balance that I should not have. To add to that, while waiting their on a previous visit, there was another women with her children having the same problem with the status of her balance, that she has paid and that they continue to charge and she still has a balance. FOR THOSE THAT GO: I would suggest that you have all payment records yourself, because apparently they still live in the Stone Age and do not know how to file their own records, or apparently it was some glitch with the computer, something will always go wrong and tell you that you need to pay them, and if your do not have anything prove that you did you will still need to pay them. . KEEP YOUR RECORDS!!! YOU WILL NEED THEM!!! Make sure you ask all the question on how you’re going to pay for something and make sure they know what you want and what you do not want. If you do not what to have the gas, they probably still try to give you gas, when it’s the day for the procedure. I am not kidding, they did that.

Off the bat, the assistant was asking me about "blisters on my gums" that she told me I had just mentioned to her. I do not know what kind of drugs she is on because I said no such thing and she needs to get her medications retitrated because that was so far off the mark it disturbed me and I knew then and there the place was a hellhole. Next, they explain that I have a cavity. Instead of offering me options like a filling, they want to bend me over and ramrod me with the most expensive option, a crown. Next in this circus, another assistant comes in and points to a different tooth on the x-ray than the one the dentist was telling me had the cavity and said "there it is right there." I says, "that is not even the same tooth the dentist was just talking about!" When I got out of the chair and was up front at the desk, the lady was huffing and puffing with the computer like it was frustrating her. If you have self respect or if you love your kids or value your money, stay away from this abomination. PS, I work in the medical field and this place is frightening. Not up to first world standards. Maybe passable for a developing nation but not up to U.S. standards and also unethical and dishonest. UPDATE: I went to another dentist and they told me that I did not need the "crown" that this used car lot style dentist office tried to sell me. In fact, I do not even have a cavity. If you make the poor choice to use "Great Expressions of PSL", just go ahead and bend over and spread em because they will run an expensive bill up on you, whether you actually need it or not.

DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT OF GREAT EXPRESSIONS!! I have been going here for over 5 years and honestly I dont know why I havent switched sooner. Cleanings, fillings, x-ray or anything else can not be done on the same appointment, in my opinion because they want to bill your insurance multiple times. Although they have more than one dentist you can only see the same one who previously worked on you if you have issues, or they will bill you again. I have had them cancel a scheduled appointment on me while I was sitting in the waiting room because "Its too late, we are closing. Im sorry the patient in front of you went longer than expected". They lose records and try to convince you that you havent been there in 6 months when you have a receipt of a filling 2 months ago that wasnt done right. Today I called and was put on hold for 23 minutes to then be told a manager will call you back later today. That was just to make an appointment!! I stopped bringing my 5 year old there last year because the person cleaning her teeth had no concern for her and made me basically hold her down. Her dentist now explains each tool and what he is going to do before it is done. In conclusion this is the worst medical office that I have ever encountered and that says a lot!

Ive been trying to get an appointment w thia office for 2 weeks now!! First time i was hanged up on 3 times and when they finally picked up they asked menfor my number and said they would call me back. Today is a week later and they have not called me back so i called and again i am hanged up on ¿Why do you even ask me if i could please hold if your gonna hang the call up? And then when i say if your going to hang up i will not hold the lady is super rude and answers with attitude well when you call all i hear is a child screaming...yes my 3 yr old was whining but i understand this is a pediatric dentist and im sure u have to deal w upset children and if u talk like this you shouldnt be working in a place for kids.I was pit on hold for 8 min until i finally decided to hang up and put this bad review.I guess its gods will for me not to take my child here...terrible customer service.

Overall the service has been more than adequate. My latest experience was very quick. Four small cavities drilled and filled quickly. The Good Dr. is interested in finding out more on my condition, which would be great if he can find the information. I do wish the staff was more friendly and comforting since visiting a dentist is frequently stressful. Their hygenist is great! I have learned this year that I must stay on top of the insurance company and the staff to make sure eveyone is "happy" in a timely fashion. Ask many qestion if you have them. Its your health/life. I would recommend this office.

The office manager is a lazy and does not do her job. Her was suppossed to look into a problem with some billing and never did it. I told her I would be back in a month and we could discuss what she resolved. She never checked into it. Then waited until I brought it up and was sitting in the dentist chair. Then I had to wait for her to review it and go over it with my dentist while i was missing work costing me more money. I am VERY unhappy with my service there. I will not be going back and thats to bad b/c the rest of the staff is nice and does their job. 1 person can ruin it for everyone.
