Im big on reading reviews but this is my first time actually writing one. I felt obligated to share my experience. If you have the slightest urge to go to this place, DONT! If its a life or death situation and you have to go here, just plan your funeral instead. This is the most horrible place i have ever visited and 1 star is more than they deserve. I was so excited to finally have dental insurance again so after reading the reviews, i made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth looked at. I ended up removing 2 of them on the spot.... big mistake. I would go into details but if I did, I would be writing for days. To make a long story short, it was like a football player was tackling my mouth and when I was bawling and hysterically telling the doctor and her assistant that they were hurting me and my mouth was not numb enough, the doc insisted that I was feeling "pressure and not pain." My mouth, lips and cheek was left cut up, swollen (which was expected but not to that extent) and bruised. Fast forward to my 1 week follow up...i had a 1:30 appointment and got there exactly on time. I sat by the front desk and waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged while listening to all the workers AND the dentist giggling and having a grand time in the back. I didnt want to go back there because I was already annoyed from the first visit and I didnt want to snap. I finally got up and went around to the back. When they saw me they all got silent and one of them said they didnt hear me come in...as if I didnt have an appointment (which I confirmed the day prior). Then instead of getting up, this unprofessional dentist asks me if I want some of her lunch. Uhh no, I want you to follow up on my wisdom teeth removal (which was already horribly traumatic) so I can get my behind out of this sorry excuse for a dental office. Smh. Finally, the assistant gets me ready to be seen by the dentist. As the dentist was asking me about my recovery, she was patting my head as if I was her pet! It took everything in me not to snap on her. Then in the process of removing the stitches she JABS ME IN THE LIP WITH THE SCISSORS.... Then when shes done she had the nerve to say "when youre ready to come back".....i didnt even let her finish her sentence...Nah...There wont be a next time. ✌ Update: Please see a follow up review AND supporting PICTURES on their Facebook page.

I finally found a dentist I can trust! Dr. Alturi and her staff at Smiles Dental are great! The atmosphere in the office is always so happy and positive. They work so well together creating a smooth positive experience from beginning to end. Dr. Alturi cares about you and your family, not just your dental health. She works with you to create a step by step plan that works for you. The work Ive had done was excellent, quick and efficient -and the cleanest office Ive ever seen!! My son had his first appointment yesterday and we left the office very very satisfied . I recently brought him to a different dentistry in deerfield also , we werent happy. Very disappointed . He has medicaid that cover everything till certain age and They did charge an amount from me saying that the insurance only cover little bit more of half of it, i was surprise but i did pay. So yesterday Dr Suneetha did an amazing job, the staff is very professional also and i didnt pay anything . Ill recommend Smille Dental for my others friends for sure!!! Great great experience.

I switched over to Dr. Atluri after I was treated poorly by the front desk of my previous dentist of 10 years. Dr. Atluri is professional, honest and accommodating to my work schedule. Ive had a few fillings and a crown done at her office. She billed my insurance accordingly and performed the work flawlessly. I have recommended several of my co-workers due to my great experience and her genuine work ethic. Its great to know that there are still people out there who actually care about the work they do. Dr. Atluri never disappoints! Every time Ive visited Ive always felt like Im treated as family, the entire staff is professional & very attentive! Ive had a root canal, & wisdom teeth extractions, I always leave satisfied knowing my oral health is in the best hands! I refer her to family & friends any time I have the opportunity. I had an awesome experience with Dr. Atluri and her very friendly staff. I went for an exam, xray and cleaning the same day I called for an appointment. Dr. Atluri and her staff was very attentive to me and made me feel like family. I left their office very satisfied. I even made my next 6 month cleaning appointment . I highly recommend them!

Was referred by my wife Natalie and first day I went it was a very fast process she handled all my issues the same day which I was surprised because most places say they only take X-rays on the first visit . But was in and out of there fast Ill be seeing her next week to pull my other wisdom teeth!

shes THE BEST. literally. shes taken care of me for a few weeks now and i can honestly say shes the best dentist ive ever had. shes gentle and she actually cares about you. she takes the time to go over everything thats going on and will explain everything to you. highly recommend!!!!
