Im seeing a lot of "fantastic staff" comments but really, theres one girl there with dark hair who is really rude. I checked in for an appointment 12:15pm, I told her I had an appointment at 12pm and immediately told her my name. She told me to sit, with an attitude. I waited an hour and a half, asked another Lady how long I have left to see a dentist, and she told me my appointment was actually at 2pm. The dark haired girl didnt tell me it was at 2pm. I am sure she did this out of spite. Not sure what day she was having but its unfair that I had to wait an hour and a half to find out that my appointment was at another time, and I have a 3 year old who is very sleepy waiting with me in the waiting room. So great staff, I think not. One bad employee can really ruin a whole business. Very disappointed. Also, stupid of me to sign up for financing for a bunch of services I thought I needed at the time but really I didnt. Now Im stuck with high payments.

This dentist was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was great too. While she did recommend a bunch of services that I didnt really want, and tried to get me to sign up for credit/financing for them, she didnt seem overly pushy or angry when I turned them down. Unfortunately they did not take my insurance, which I tried to confirm when I first got there, but they did not charge me for the x-rays and exam after determining that they did not take my insurance. Overall, a good experience and I wish that I could have gotten my dental work done there.

Dr. Cardenas was extremely kind, making sure I was comfortable and really strives for perfection with her patients teeth. I came to her with a discolored front tooth cap feeling insecure about my teeth and self conscious smiling in pictures. Not only did she make sure my cap matched with the rest of my teeth in every different type of lighting, she provided me with a whitening and cleaning treatment making my overall smile the brightest it has ever been. I can not thank her enough for her amazing work allowing me to smile with confidence again.

Over priced, extracted molar that had trauma left over.. when back because of cyst and instead of stitches to fix she sent me elsewhere for surgery.. also now I got a hole in my mouth which drinks and food comes out of my mouth.. awful experience and in the long run paid lots of money to now get surgery for her incompetent work.. and no tooth there.. I wish I would have gone elsewhere ...

The staff were very professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. My experience here has been like no other. My appointment was handled in a decent and timely manner. I recently referred my sister here and I would refer anyone else in search of a dentist within the Hoemstead area!

Dr Cardenas is a very talented dentist. May be the best in Miami, She has a lot of patience, she is very sweet and very competent. Her prices are higher than the others but that is the price of quality.I recommend her to all my friends and family. Pedro Talavera.

Shes expensive,Her appearance is very unprofesional,she dresses in skimpy clothe and doesnt kn ow very well of what shes doing.We had to come in 3 times to have our teeth filled because the filling kept coming off.I will not recommend her ,run somewhere else!

She literally made me cry and told me I ruined my teeth with metal braces and that I needed to get invisaline through her. I went to a different location and they told me my teeth were fine! She was very mean and out for your wallet.

Hid my crown reattached which came unglued within two weeks. When I returned I sat on the dentist chair for an hour and a half. I this wasnt a rework I would have left. Would not recomend.
