This is the worst place. Took my new born son they for his newborn check up, when I got there they told me since he has straight Medicaid I need to pay $100 for the visit and they will reimburse me the money when the file the claim to Medicaid. Two months later they still hasnt file the claim and refused to give me my money back. Every time I contacted the office they biller named Dan told me he will file the claim. Hot frustrated and contacted Medicaid and file a disputed. When Medicaid called they, they makes false statements stating I forced them to see my son and I was away they wasnt going to file a claim since they are not in UnitedHealthcare plan. Medicaid made UnitedHealthcare contacted they still refused and refused to refund me my money. Please dont fall for their trap, they are a crock and that dirty nasty place doesnt deserve for parents to be bringing they children they for health care.

This place is terrible. This location is sooo packed and busy, you will literally have to block out 4 to 5 hrs out of your day for your child to be seen. The waiting area is entirely too small for the traffic that comes in and out. There is nothing more upsetting than bringing your Newborn for their 1st check up, and have to sit in a small waiting area for hours with 10 s of sick children. By the time your child is seen, he or she would have gotten sick from contamination. You can smell the germs as soon as you walk in. And the building inside looks old and run down. I changed my childs pediatric2as soon as I left. I actually started looking for new pediatricians while in the waiting room.

This pediatrician office has great employees and are very professional at their jobs....however, you may not get to meet any of them. I wouldnt even call this a doctors office! The office staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Even with an appointment your there for hours waiting. The lounge is so small and doesnt have room for a lot of people; No toys and tv to distract the kids. Its dirty, its like they never sweep or mop the office. Theres old peeling paint on every wall, dust on the ac vents and pieces of the ceiling is missing! My daughter got her shots and my old pediatrician gave me a copy of her shots and a physical form for my records before I left, if I needed another I had to pay. I asked for a copy for my records and they were charging I me $5 each form! Dont come here find another place.

I wish I could give -5 stars this place sucks that bad! I wouldnt recommend this place to my WORST ENEMY!! Even when you schedule an appt, youre still waiting 2 hours to even be seen!!! No pediatricians, just nurses acting like them. They are VERY rude and will threaten to call the cops on you because YOURE frustrated with the long wait times. The waiting room is so small you sometimes have to stand up! My child will no longer be going to this dysfunctional place again!!
